Shayne Fraser was from my first phone call with him and at all other times very helpful and kind caring and thorough.
He assisted me greatly to be able to supply all of the information required for the loan and the tedious process of id information I needed as the loan progressed.
This was even after I had not originally backflipped on the loan.
He never gave up on me or on his job.
I will always remember him and Liberty and the great assistance I have received.

We have an amazing experience with Shayne's professional and efficient service. Never fail with their advise and thorough guidance in our application. Shayne never give up on you. He will fight for what is best for you and your situation. He is very well resourced and have many lenders that he can talk to. Top bloke all around. I knew him for few years and I will be his customer for any future financial dealings too.

As usual, Shaynes service has been 10/10. We have been working with Shayne for a few years now and always feel looked after as we know he put the people first. We have lots of trust in him and he truly cares about our future. We love how passionate he is about what he does, he always makes the effort to talk through everything to ensure we understand all of our decisions. Shayne was a great communicator and really helped us navigate the process.
Whilst the rate is high with Liberty considering we had a large deposit and small loan , Shayne did all that he could whenever we needed him to , to get us the approval and make the process fast and painless.
I would recommend Shayne to anyone in a heartbeat , not so sure about Liberty though.
