the angled connectors are a great way to keep from cutting holes in the end caps of our island. note that you need some over hang of the counter top to use effectively.

incomplete order / lack of communication
i ordered over $500 ($573.59 to be exact) of Legrand switches and the wall plates they would do into.
Switches were delivered on time but no wall plates in the delivery (and i am still waiting after 2 weeks). No explanation received as to why no wall plates, no explanation if or when they would ever be delivered, no explanation why i was charged for something that was not delivered. Help me understand what good is delivering switches if i dont have the wall plate? "2 day shipping" advertised, it's now 2 weeks!! Disgusting customer relations.

I'm sorry you did not receive the previous email from customer service! As you no doubt saw at the time of order, the satin nickel wall plates were on backorder, and have been for quite a while due to the manufacturer's factory issues. The plates are just now coming back into stock, and all but one have shipped out to you, FedEx 719994423810 and 715903964788. I do see that you did not select the two-day shipping on your order, so I'm afraid they will arrive regular ground. The 3 gang is still on backorder, but it is expected to come in stock by the end of the week. If you need a temporary plate until it does come back in stock, please let me know, and I will be glad to send one out to you.

Great pricing, consistent communication and fast free shipping! I purchased a. Inch of Legrande Adorne products for my home on multiple orders. Lighting and Locks had the lowest pricing, I received shipping notifications with tracking numbers for each order and each was shipped free arriving in about 3-4 days. Each and every product arrived in orioginal packaging with no damage. I will be ordering again in the future any time they offer the product I am looking for. I have only but good things to say about this company! A+ company for sure!
