Lighting By Gregory Reviews

got it all right and I am very happy with the outcome. No better lighting store around: the have the stuff they have the ideas and they have a great business sense.

Great customer service. Also fast shipping.

I buy nice lights from you. Your store is well stocked. Some of your employees are knowledgable and available. That is good enough for me.

I have bought all the lights in my apartment from Lighting By Gregory. Not only do they have a fantastic selection in the store, but when I broke one recently and called them, they were able find the exact replacement and had it delivered to me the next day.

David Silverstein is worth his weight in gold. Pleasant and knowledgeable.

Incredible selection. Good expert advice on the sales floor. Professional follow up. High quality. The right lighting can make such an impact on how you feel in your home. I wanted lighting that makes me feel like I walked into the future and I now have it! Some beautiful Italian lights for the bedroom and gorgeous German lights for the living room. Expensive but definitely worth it. You can see and feel the quality difference. Also some clean super-modern minimalist lighting fixtures. I love them all!

very knowledgeable and professional attitude

Pierre and everyone were SO helpful! Great experience. Thanks!

Box arrived with a gaping hole on the side. Lamp has dent, not on the lamp itself but on one of the metal top halves that connect the chain to the lamp.

Great website, easy to find what you are looking for. Customer Service is outstanding, answered questions and follow through on delivery date information.

I received two lights, one was broken. they asked for photos of box and light and then sent me a replacement for the broken one, and the replacement had two light fixtures vs the 3 it is supposed to come with.

As a designer, I thoroughly enjoy working with David Silverstein. He is so knowledgeable about the products he is selling and i feel totally confident that the order will be delivered without any issues.

I do have a problem, however, with Lighting By Gregory's impossible return policy. If I am buying something sight unseen, it is sometimes difficult to assess how the item will look and fit in the space for which it is planned. If Lighting By Gregory had a more cooperative policy for returns or exchanges, I would shop at the showroom more often.

I love this place!
Ed Silverii helped us find everything we needed. He searched for fixtures to fit our needs and gave us a great price and super service.
Hooray Gregory and ED!

Ed was amazing: so incredibly helpful. When one of my transformers didn't work, he called the company and promptly arranged for a replacement. He asllo called the company several times to make sure my system would work properly in my space. Thanks!

Excellent assistance with my latest purchase from them. Delivery came right on time and fixture looks great. Will definitely return for any future lighting purchases.

The salesperson was well informed and very helpful.

I would recommend Lighting by Gregory to anyone. We, ourselves, have used Lighting by Gregory for decades and would always go there first.

Lighting by Gregory didn't disappoint. I went back to them for my bathroom light fixture after a good experience 4 yrs prior. The salesperson was both knowledgeable and helpfull.
I needed to order switches and plates and as promised there was followup on this little shipment. A final detail handled professionally.
