The adviser whom I spoke to was very unhlpful and rude. When I requested him to transfer my application to another advisor he asked me to find another broker and hung up the phone.

I rang like mortgage advice enquiring about remortgage as I haven't got a clue about how it all works I spoke with a lady who was very helpful and explained everything to me she looked into everything for me and delt with everything kept in touch regular with emails and phone calls we had a few problems at some point but she sorted things out very professionally I appreciate all the help and hard work she did for me thankyou
