I want to know how to return these blouses? I don't like them. Way to long. Look better in the pictures. Would like to return them

The item I received is nothing like what I ordered. Very cheap material. I will never buy from this company again. I left feedback on FB and guess what, the review had been deleted.

Clothing nothing like what is advertised. Cheap disgusting material and they are copying images from other sites such as thier Solid Button Wide leg Jumpsuit which is actually from Ishka and thier photos of Summer streetwear patchwork loose pocket romper.
Wouldn't refund, expect you to pay for return which costs more than products. Total SCAM. Do not recommend.

Horrendous. After over 2 weeks and no dispatch I emailed to complain they said to wait until the item was made. I bought for a wedding which has now passed. I asked them to cancel and then the next day I get a dispatch notification. No one will refund me and Takes them forever to respond. I’m furious

This is by far the worst item I have ever purchased online. The fabric is hideous it has a cheap look, it is shiny like the fabric of a costume , the pattern looks like a shower curtain, really a very low quality... and when you ask for the return policy they answer you very politely that you would have to pay for the shipment (which is almost the price you have paid for the dress) and if there is a any problem at custom and they don't get the item back you will not get your refund. Instead, they suggest you to keep the dress and they will give you back 5$...
Well here is my suggest PLEASE DON'T SELL GARBAGE and there would be no need of refund

Ordered two different kinds of pants -
Fresh air pocketed smocked pants
Material: Slub cotton
And
Kamille linen blend high rise smocked pants

When I received my order I was very unhappy and contacted as soon as possible
Fresh air pocketed smocked pants: firstly the fabric was cotton polyester blend when it’s advertised as slub cotton
The pockets have been half stitched over so you can’t even use them, the stitching over the pants was off and strands of thread all over the place
Measurements are completely wrong very small fitting, even went over sizing guide

Fabric is advertised as lined, when received it was cotton polyester, poorly bad, the stitching over the pants was off and strands of thread all over the place

I contacted the company and explained the products they sent are not what was ordered and provided photos of the pants showing the fabric was incorrect and how poorly made they were, they advised I had to pay for the return if I wanted a refund, I tried to go through PayPal as I originally purchased through them the company tried to offer a VERY small refund and I declined the offer, the case through PayPal was closed and I was unable to do anything through them, I contact the company again through email and reluctantly agreed to pay the $50 aus shipping fee back to china if they could confirm I would get the full refund, I confirmed the return address multiple times and the parcel was sent, 4 months later the parcel is returned to MY address with insufficient address, I have tried to contact them and they have either not replied or advised they haven’t received the parcel despite me saying (multiple times ) the parcel was return to my address
Now I have wasted $250 AUS on these pants which are not worth even a cent and also wasted $50 on trying to ship them back

Please do not buy from this company please listen please do not waste your money I don’t want anyone else to go through what I have !

When it took almost a month for them to answer me and tell me what was going on with my order they said it was at the factory bring made and then would be sent to them for inspection When I complained about this they refunded my money.

Don't order from this company! I have it documented..they r refusing a return. Told me to give my outfit that is TOO BIG and looks like a rag (never worn emailed on day of delivery).
They told me, shipping is too expensive and to give it to a family member!!!

I am still waiting for the address to return it as they are delaying so I run out of time!!!

Awful to deal with. Took over a month and a half to get and nothing was right. Sizes were way off and quality is awful...would not recommend ordering from them and if you have to return items you have to pay shipping to China. Lesson learned!!!

This should be zero stars. This is a scam. I placed my order 5 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have requested a refund twice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do NOT purchase from this company. Absolute garbage. I wish there was a way to be protected from scammers like this. The clothes were not cheap so I thought it was legit. I was fooled. Never again. DO NOT BUY. They said they will refund me $3.00 and should not return.

This company is absolute rubbish. I placed an order that took forever to arrive. When it did come none of the items fit because their size guide was not true to size AND the quality was terrible. I requested a refund as per their policy. They responded saying that I would have to pay for return shipping to China so it would be better if they just gave me $5 refund and I kept the clothes.

Took ages to arrive. Nothing like the image on the website. Cheap rubbish! 😡

I ordered dresses in May for a wedding - took FOREVER to receive and when I did it was total GARBAGE!! I asked how to return, they told me I would have to pay for return shipping and I would get refund... I then asked for address to send back to and get NO ANSWER - I returned to address on package and needless to say it's now OCTOBER and I'm still waiting for my refund!! Will NEVER order from them again!!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!

The clothing they send does not match what is pictured and the sizing is off. I did not receive the items at once, they came at separate times. They did not give me a refund even though I was trying to return within the allowed timeframe. It was very difficult to communicate with them.i spent unbelievable amout of time on the2415662 internet finally i found their help information finnaly i was able to get in touch with customer service company rep who was very kind and polite with me while getting my return shipping and refund on my order but their product is nasty However the merchandise sent were synthetic, polyester

LOVE the clothes and the prices but truly dislike how long it takes to recieve an order. I'm always convinced i'll never see it and customer service is useless.

Confused upon receipt because the 2 blouses I ordered did not look like a blouse. It was literally 2 pieces sewn together at the sides, I could not figure out what it was supposed to be initially. I had to look it up to see the picture because what I received, vs what I thought I was getting was bizarrely not sewn as it appeared in the photos. Interesting concoction of a top. It was supposed to be a Spring/Fall Cowl Neck Asymmetrical Solid Casual T-shirt, in theory but not in reality. The quality is a zero. This company does not sew real items, it’s fake. I actually received a fake top if can imagine it is supposed to be a blouse.
