I was so surprised!!!!!! This is the most reputable company I've be with. The merchandise was exactly what I ordered. Even great quality. I'm new to ordering on line. I recommend this company to deal a great deal with. They even apologized for being late and have me credit for my next order. Demi gave prompt attention and positive, efficient answer to my request for return and refund! Refund was made almost immediately, and communication from Liligal via Demi was friendly and complete.

I ordered a dress from liligal on March 10th for my granddaughters wedding, unfortunately due to the pandemic her wedding was cancelled. As it turns out I have not received my order yet. I can not get any information about where my order is or when I will receive it. I have asked for a refund a couple of times but of course no response and no refund. Liligal should be ashamed, it is quite obvious that they really have no concern for their customers at all. I know several friends and family members who have used liligal before and after I told them my story they no longer trust liligal. SHAME ON YOU!

Ordered a dress that was too big on me.. Wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. Demi was the one who made it happen with no problem. She was very friendly and helpful!! She responded very quickly. She's awesome!

the Shirt is wonderful, Good quality, Perfect! Also the Communication was Great, one Star minus because the delivery Time was too long.

On my last order the discount code didn't work. Within a few hours I had a refund sent to my account. Demi was so quick to respond, it was "hassle" free, and once before I had a problem and was contacted almost immediately, but I'm a little embarrassed to say, the fault was mine ...... I actually forgot I had already received my order.

My swimsuit was quality made and fits true to size. I was able to track my shipment. It was delivered in a timely manner as advertised.

Demi really was so helpful and cooperative.My product arrived two days ago and it looks and fits perfectly.

I ordered some clothes from them . One item never arrived. Trying to get a direct address from them . Sent email no answer. Even tried getting in touch via PayPal.
They still owe me.

Unfortunately the bathing suits in the larger size are too large in the bottoms. The regular size are great. The dresses seem to fit small over the chest but otherwise wonderful. Very colorful and nice designs. Had to send the items back and was refunded my money but was not reimbursed for shipping back.

The one of the shirts is wrong size we received

Very disappointed with the products. The designs in the photographs look great. I ordered over £200 worth of women's wear. 50% of them were very poor standard - some - the fit was not true to size and others poor quality material. One top has a sleeve sewn with tucks around the top making it look like a puffed sleeve - the other sleeve has not.
I asked to return them. The response was yes and i should use the Post Office to return them to USA. The cost of postage to me was £71 so I accepted a £30 refund. I therefore spent £170 on clothes I was not happy with. In none of the clothes is there a single label. Not a Liligal tag, nor a size or washing instruction label. Nor is there any label to say what the item of clothes is made of.
