Customer service very responsive. Lucy was very helpful!

I received my first order from Lily & Bean. There was an issue with 1 of the pieces of luggage I ordered. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp. It was the weekend so I received a reply first thing Monday morning. I was helped by Lucy. She was kind, courteous, and attentive to my issue. She was able to help me in a timely manner and is sending me a replacement item right away. I appreciated her quickness in resolving my issue and making me a valued customer. I highly recommend Lily & Bean and will be ordering again.

I am really happy with my dealings with them. It was a beautiful and special experience for me. I had a problem with the address. I was helped with love. The customer service here is very nice.

I ordered the sunset orange zig zag bag last week 15 th May I knew it would be 3-4 weeks delivery when I placed order it came up 6 weeks so I emailed customer service who got back to me really quickly and said they would do their best to have it to be by the time I went on holiday I couldn’t believe I got a dispatch email yesterday and received my beautiful bag this morning less than a week of ordering what fantastic service an a big thank you to Lucy who was emailing back an forth my bag is stunning it’s made to a very high quality the colours are gorgeous can be worn with numerous outfits also come with a huge dust bag to keep it like new can’t wait to use it Thank you again Lilly & Bean very happy customer 🤗

I had an issue with my bag. I reached to Lily and Bean via email. I recived a response from Lin-the customer service agent within 12 h. Lin was professional and attentive and she helped me solved the issue. She went above and beyond. I love this company. The products plus customer service are top-notch. I highly recommend this brand.

I received my custom leather purse with my initials on it. The paint on it started to come off. I emailed, and got a very fast response saying they will send me a new one!

Ordered 3 pieces of luggage and was not sure if I would receive them prior to my travels. I contacted Customer Service, and in less than 24 hours Agent Lucy not only replied to my inquiry but she expedited my order to ensure I would receive my luggage prior to my travels. This was amazing customer service, in that I didn’t even have to ask for anything but Lucy anticipated Mr needs beforehand. I truly appreciate all of your help Lucy.

Update: My order was actually expedited and I’ve received it just today! So happy with the result, the bag is amazing!! Highly recommended!
