I have always loved Lily Bean bags. Very versatile and stylish I have been using their bags since 2018 and I totally love them. Their customer service is exceptional . A special shootout to Lucy who made the process very seamless for me . I would definitely recommend their bags to all the stylish ladies .

The order was delivered incomplete without a cabin luggage I purchased. I contacted the supporting team and the response was very satisfactory because they coordinated the shipping process and the delivery was very quick.

Lucy was very kind and helpful after I messaged to say my bag was damaged when it arrived. A replacement was ordered straight away and I am very happy with the new one :) I wouldn’t hesitate to order more products in the future!

I had a minor issue with the first bag I ordered and customer service was AMAZING. Right away they apologized and fixed the issue by sending me a brand new bag to my liking. Ive wanted a bag from here for years and so glad I picked them. Wow amazing company!!! Thank you!!!

Lily and Bean products are my go-to for gifts for friends and family. They are wonderful quality and LOVED by all recipients. I ordered a make-up bag for my mother in law for Mother's Day and made an inquiry via email about the delivery date. Lin was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Wow! The customer service team is absolutely the best! I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific. I have ordered more items and plan to be a regular customer…so many wonderful items for me to get!

I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldn’t be happier.
I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May.
I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag).
Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way. I have now received my bag before I move house and I couldn’t be more grateful to Lin and the rest of the team.

I initially purchased a personalized bag for an upcoming vacation and on the site, it said available in 2-3 weeks, but when I received the confirmation email from L&B, it said 6 weeks, which won't be enough time before I leave! I was devastated but reached out to L&B and Lin provided GREAT customer service! She said she would expedite the order so that I could use the bag for my vacation! I was SO excited and am now just hoping that it gets here in time! If it does, I will certainly be a Lily & Bean customer for life!

I have admired these beautiful bags and personalization for a while and knew it would be the perfect gift for my Niece's 21st birthday! This was my first order with the company and was SO pleased with their customer service. Specifically, Lin was very clear, prompt and helpful in making sure I'd receive the gift in time. I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!
