It takes a while to get the product if you’re in the US and you ask for customization but after I inquired about the wait time the situation was handled very swiftly and they were able to push my order through. They also respond very quickly to emails.

Great company, love their bags and the customer service from Lin was great when a delivery was returned as I was away and she was so helpful keeping it for me until my return and then reshipping it

Lily & Bean is a wonderful company with beautiful and functional products. Lin and Lucy were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout my experience. The team made sure that I had two personalized jumbos for my friend and I prior to a trip. One another order for a French Grey jumbo bag Lin kindly made sure that the lettering was printed correctly and the bag is absolutely stunning. This is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and their products are worth it. They go above and beyond to resolve any concerns and promptly respond to client inquiries. I am so happy with both of my Lily & Bean experiences and I look forward to continuing to add to my collection in the future!

Lin from customer support is amazing. I had a few issues with delivery dates and Lin sorted it out for me with no issue. Whatever L&B are paying her is not enough!
My tote bag, the navy one with tan and white is beautiful. I am usually a mulberry or Kate Spade girl, but the L&B totes are gorgeous. I also ordered a sweatshirt and that has finally arrived and pairs lovely with my Gucci trainers. I would say order your items way before you need them, as shipping can be a bit slow, but the fantastic Lin sorted everything out for me. I would recommend to my friends. Thank you again for everything Lin.

Lucy was super helpful and my bag arrived today and what a bag of beauty. Wish I also ordered the bigger travel bag but guess I will need to start a new collection.

Lin in the customer service team is a true gem! I really cannot fault her exceptional care and attention to detail. I reached out to her and she really did take the time and made the effort to go that extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service. This is what customers remember. Whilst the products are good the people make the company and Lin should be incredibly proud that she delivers and contributes to providing exceptional quality for her customers. I live in Los Angeles and I was looking for some different gifts for an upcoming bachelorette party so I thought I would try out a bag on myself first before placing a bigger order. What a fabulous company, a wonderful range of products, with exemplary customer service! I have ordered a full set of luggage, various bags and a hat in the past and have always been delighted with both the product and level of service. However, the service on this last occasion has been truly outstanding! British Airways very badly damaged one of my Lily & Bean personalised cases. They would only offered me a cheaper alternative case or a much reduced cash sum to buy another Lily and Bean case myself. I contacted (WhatsApp) Lily & Bean and explained what I required, and almost before I had finished my explanation, the wonderful Bill said that L&B would replace the case for the monetary sum BA were allowing. This really wasn’t L&B’s problem to sort, but of course, I was truly delighted with their thoughtful & generous solution. Furthermore, it took a while for BA to issue the cash refund, and with only 2 weeks before our next trip abroad, my personalised case was expedited and I received it in around a week! Bill was always so incredibly personable, easily contactable via WhatsApp and made me feel like a highly valued customer. This level of service is so rare nowadays - thank you Bill and thank you Lily & Bean management! You definitely deserve the success you have achieved!

The best thing happened to me, was coming across LILY & BEAN. As my trip is approaching I wanted a nice tote and easy to travel with, and when I saw the classic tote on the website, I fell in love with it. A few weeks ago I ordered the Lily&Bean Leather Travel Vanity Case with my initials stamped. Last week I received my parcel, wrapped perfectly with a beautiful dust bag and a note... but unfortunately with the wrong item. I then contacted the support team who IMMEDIATELY responded and taking care of the issue. Three days later I received the parcel with the right item (and I don't live in the UK!) and I could not be happier with my travel vanity case.

I had an issue with my purse, and the customer support was so great to work with! The team had a quick 24-hour response time and immediately sent me a replacement!

I bought the luggage set and a canvas tote. When I reached out to see about getting my items before my upcoming trip, Lin helped me get them expedited, and they arrived well in advance of my trip. My tote bag wasn't in the requested color, and Lin immediately started getting me a replacement with the correct color. The service and response time to my questions and issues were always met with professionalism and kindness.
