Had new systems fitted and with all systems it needed playing with. Spoke to Brooke Reynolds late on the evening and he called me back at 9am when they was all back in and within 30 minutes the system was re configured and working perfect.

Top service from a top company. As with everything you get what you pay for.

I set up a SIM only plan for some of our employees. The customer service and response time from Lily was fantastic. Sam Baxter was very knowledgeable and found us some great deals, she also tailored the plans to each individual requirements. Matthew Hawkins was responsible for the delivery of the SIMS and porting everything across. The process was seamless and he was very efficient. It's been a pleasure dealing with Lily.

I called Lily with a computer issue after an update had taken place. I spoke with Chris who immediately logged onto my computer to fix the issue. After initially thinking the problem was fixed it happened again once we had disconnected. I rang back and Chris looked at the problem again. He researched some stuff and after changing/updating several other things he fixed the problem. He also took some time out to change little things that hadn't come over with the initial update like printing preferences. He was very friendly and professional. I can't recommend him enough for sorting the issues out for me as it was driving me crazy. We even had a little joke in between which was nice, especially after having been on the telephone to each other for most of the morning.
