I am pleased with the service I have received from Lily Comms. We have swapped to their services for IT and Telecoms. From the initial sales meeting to the install they were very helpful. The transition was smooth and fuss free. Extra thanks to Will and Richard for their efforts in the office.

Re-installation
After a rather rocky patch I'm delighted to say Lily came through and sorted out a problem internet installation. The engineers who came to do this were experienced and knew what they were doing - and this was demonstrated in the care they took to make sure the re-installation was done properly. We are very happy with the results.

We have undergone a complete rebrand which of course required a lot of changes and support from Lily, but specifically Jacob. He has been quick to answer and sort problems and extremely patient in the circumstances! I was worried what would happen when everything changed over but Jacob made it look easy!
