We recently worked with Chris Grimes at Lily Comms to deploy Claude Code within a Linux isolated environment across 10 users at DNASTREAM. It wasn't a straightforward implementation — there were real technical challenges along the way — but Chris handled every step with patience, diligence, and a methodical approach that gave us confidence throughout.

The rollout completed successfully and all 10 users are now up and running. Chris communicated clearly at each stage and never cut corners. Exactly the kind of support you want when you're dealing with a technically complex deployment.

The service received and customer service has been poor, unexpected and inconsistent billing, booked engineers who don't turn up on date and time specified. Would strongly advise to look elsewhere for IT support.

I spoke to Richard today to set up our WiFi telephones and couldn’t be more impressed. Richard was very professional and patient. He guided me through every step with ease.

Communication throughout was clear and helpful, and he ensured everything was fully tested and working correctly before finishing the job and checked with the teams on site if there was anything else he could help with before he left.
