L'Inde Le Palais Reviews

Avoid ordering from this site!!! Or if you do, use Paypal, so you can get your money back.

I orderd for 377 € with bank transfer in the beginning of February. I still havent recived my goods. I have sent numerous mails and called but no response. Avoid these fraud site, they will still your money!!!

When I made an order and chose a delivery country, Russia was on the list .. As a result, I made an order, and I received a letter from the store that we do not deliver orders to Russia. Why then it’s written on the site that they deliver ??? They mislead people! I do not advise you! I found this store from farfetch

SO HERE IS WHAT I FOUND OUT AFTER MAKING MULTIPLE ORDERS FROM THIS SITE!

1- IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM AND THE ITEM IS IN STOCK THEY WILL SHIP IT OUT

HOWEVER.....

2- IF IT IS OUT OF STOCK THEY WILL COMPLETELY IGNORE YOUR ORDER AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU. THEY WILL PRACTICALLY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY “WELL WE DONT HAVE YOUR ITEM BUT THANKS FOR YOUR MONEY ANYWAY.”

This happened to me after make 4 large purchases. My first one went well, however, the other 4 were completely ignored and after numerous phone calls and emails, I just called fraud on my bank card.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE SERIOUS WARNING !!!

I ordered items of 529 euros on December 20, but they will not ship items. I sent three emails, but they did not reply. I am convinced that this is a terrible fake site.

I placed an order 8 days ago and today I received my order by DHL. The hoodie is perfect, 100% genuine and I know my daughter would love it. My experience ordering from L'lnde has been extremely positive.

ordered something on jul 11 2018, charge posted to credit card in 1 day, still not shipped and no one ever replies to email or chat, avoid these guys unless u absolutely must buy from them, one of the worsts out there

Juste parfait et j'ai aussi eu l'occasion d'aller dans leur magasin à Bologne.Ils sont vraiment TOP

I have ordered an Off-white backpack. The price online is £313, however, they charged me £324.8. And I don't know why! No reply at all even I sent two emails to them! Also, the backpack is so smelly!!! I am not sure whether is authentic!!! Planning to return it anyway. Untrustworthy website!
And now, I cannot open its website!!!

I've ordered 2 pair of shoes. When I received the package I only received 1 shoe. After sending an e-mail they admitted they made a mistake in and that I will get a refund for the missing pair as they didn't have it in stock anymore. This e-mail was sent on 20 feb. 2018, now, 21 march, I'm still waiting on a reply.

I've sent over 5 e-mails and they never replied. Also, they said on 20 feb: "Regarding the refund, since you payed for this order through bank transfer, would you mind givine us your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code so we may refund you for €220,41? Otherwise I could use one of your other Paypal payment to issue the refund."

I don't know how a company like this can have a customer service like this. I will definitely open a case against them.

Acquisto un paio di sneakers ed il giorno seguente mi viene confermato l'ordine. Solo dopo alcuni giorni e solleciti mi dicono che non sono disponibili a magazzino.

Has NOT received my item nor get any tracking number if its posted or not. I emailed them twice but no response at all, I am not sure if this is a genuine website or not, going to wait two more working days if not I will open case against them, they are not professional at all as far as I see, definitely not recommended

Ordered again, fast shipping and good customer service.
