I have been a landlord for more than 10 years
and Lint Group/ Letting International has been managing my properties all these years. I found their services excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever against them. I hope that all existing landlords will have similar opinion about Lint Group.

I just moved in with New property and request for some job to do and it's done by next day very happywith lint group.
and Vijay maintance engineer come to fix problem and and done verygood job what I have requested.

Letting international have been looking after my property for a number of years the staff are very pleasant and professional recently I had new windows fitted Landlord liaison officer ruby Dasu Was very helpful in arranging a contractor to complete works.

Bashir came to fix a heating which was leaking for over 3 weeks he finished the job quickly and professionally and now I have a fully working heater.

Today Bashir, came to fix a problem with our pipes in our conservatory it’s been having some major problems. Like it’s been dripping with water a lot and when we try to switch on our water in the kitchen it comes with more water and it is not pleasant to look at. But he managed to solve the problem so that’s good. He also came to do our bathroom and he did a good job he managed to clean and fix the areas of the black stain next to the walls near the bathtub. So he’s given it a nice clean and a nice paint. All the places that we have been problems with water coming out is in a very good condition. So i’m happy to say he did a very good job

I have recently had dealings with Ruby Dasu at Lettings International regarding our rental property and found her to be both very helpful and pleasant. She was able to answer my queries and provided the information I needed.

I have had dealings with Lint Group without problem.
My recent dealings regarding repairs to my property were dealt with promptly by the Team.
Consideration was given to both owner and tennant.

Vijay maintenance was brilliant very polite and job well done..They took their time and the problem was resolved.

I want to thank Ayyub Patel for his co-worker Hajra Ahmed who he recommends. She actually does a great job with clients. Always pleasant, responsive, hardworking. Lightning responsiveness to clients' requests also gives a chance to rehabilitate workers who are hired by LintGroup to do some housework for clients.
