I have been with Letting International for more then 2 years now and till today I can only say that they know exactly how to treat their customers with 100% respect and responsibility.
My housing officer Nadia is the greatest woman I've ever dealt with and she is very responsible and proactive when it comes to resolve any matters at the property.
If everyone took their job the same way as those people life would be much more brighter and more pleasant for all of us.

Great agency when is comes down to management of the property. Nadia is really helpful and manages to go out her way to send help to fix the problem as soon as possible.

The Lint Group are very helpful and very instrumental in making me and my family as comfortable as possible. Nadia and sumi have excellent customer service skills. Nadia kept me informed when there were any issues or developments and she really listened to our problems and made sure things happened.
Sumi is very lovely and polite over the phone and face to face.
She made sure that any troubles we faced were dealt with swiftly and professionally.
Our messages and phone calls got to the individuals who could deal with our queries.
Last but not lease, is Ruby. She is a very rare diamond and one of the Lint Groups greatest assets. She found ways of helping us when It wasn't possible. At times she was really busy or under the weather but still found
the time,energy to fight for us when dealing with any of our problems. Rubina has real backbone, courage and the willingness to do whatever is possible to get the job done.

Avoid dealing with these unprofessional cowboys at the Lint Group. They threaten tenants who report death trap properties they rent out on behalf of convicted slumlords. With some of them even featuring on the national news for that reason.

Any compony who behaves like these lot should not be allowed in the home rental market. They are only interested in taking your money while knowingly letting out properties that are not fit to live in.

I came to move into a new property the lady was very professional and explained everything to me very well. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. This is one of the worst management companies I have come across. Since taking over the management of our building they have done nothing to maintain the the building and think it OK for us to live in a building with disgusting and dirty communal areas. It took them over 5 month to clean off blood from the walls and that took several emails from various tenants that how little they care about the tenants welfare. In the mean time the building has come in to a state of disrepair that they don't feel the need to do anything about it. The previous management company did paint the building very 2 years and kept the car parks clean. Lettings have not done anything except get the carpets washed once a year which leaves a smell of chemical fumes and damp carpet for weeks after. The blue carpet has turned red in areas of use. We had this carpet in the building for over 12 years. Maybe not all the carpet needs changing but definitely in the heavily used communal areas it should be done. I have no where else to air my grievances as all my emails have fallen on deaf ears and been treated with contempt.

Lint group has never failed to give us quality service every time they visit our property. When we need help with the house, they always try their best to help us as soon as possible.

Our housing officer Nadia is very lovely, professional and accommodating, we are lucky to have her managing our house. She is very easy to talk to and easy to reach. Thank you very much Lint service.

Great service ! Nadia our housing officer was very helpful , always pick the phone up when we called her and reported the problems in the property , she Inspected our house every month and always was very prompt with all the services and looked after our family .
