I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. Completely incompetent. We've not had our property back for months now and are basically homeless. We've tried communicating with them but we haven't had a response. Please save yourself the nightmare of this service and avoid!!

Management is unprofessional and incompetent. I have been waiting over a year for my property to be returned to me. Many times I have left messages for Anis Kagdi and got no response. I think it is disgraceful the way I have been treated. They are always blaming the council for not signing off properties. I do not know why the council are using such an unreliable service. My contract is with the Lint Group. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Regular inspections of properties are…
Regular inspections of properties are not carried out as stated by Lint Group. When quotes are obtained, works are not effected for months and calls are not returned. It is important that regular inspections are done, quotes obtained and works effected to prevent issues from becoming worse unnecessarily. This leads to landlords having to spend more to rectify problems which can be avoided when issues are dealt with promptly.

The tenants not happy to deal with this company cos no one is there to listen their complaint, I mysef as a landlord not happy to deal with the staff as they always say its the other personv responsible, infact noone is there for the service to landlord or the tenants.
