Slow unresponsive not professional enough leave tasks and get back late to clients lack of efficiency

I live next door to a property managed by Lettings international. The tenants play very loud music through the day and have refused to turn it down/been quite aggressive. I therefore contacted lettings international as the landlord to ask them to contact the tenant. The housing officer was very rude and unprofessional over the phone, dismissed my complaint, shouted at me and said he would call back the next day and that was 2 weeks ago. He hasn’t called. In the meantime, the tenant has played loud music consistently and I have emailed Lettings International each time. Every email has been ignored and that’s even with me copying in the housing officers manager. Lettings international in Stratford you need to resolve this issue out. The majority of people are working from home during the lockdown and your tenant is severely impacting my ability to work and have the right to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of my home.

She has done her absolute best to make everything easier for us and to accommodate us. Madeha was always easy to get in touch with. I would greatly recommend the agency.

Lint group are a very hands on management company. They manage properties for the long term by enhancing the value of the property and the rent it can accumulate. One of the best things about this outfit, is they have proper property managers with years of experience, rather than an apprentice that has very basic knowledge of the letting / management world.

One of the most professional management agencies in London. We have recently started using their services this year after using multiple agencies over the last decade, who would promise the world and never live up to it. We initially gave Lint 5 properties To manage and within a few months were up to 30 properties. Would definitely recommend.

A real cowboy firm who support landlords convicted of renting out dangerous slum properties, and think it is acceptable to threaten and intimidate tenants.

The LINT Group have exceeded expectations, they did an amazing job refurbishing our tired, dated rental property that is out of our local area, and they have let it to new tenants, this was about 8 months ago and since then it has been stress free, with a good level of income.
