I attended the stratford branch last week with my wife. I had a very warm welcome. Recieved all information i needed to know. I have now moved in to the rented accommodation through lint group. Thanks to Ayub at Stratford .

I have just joined the company my property has just been let a few weeks ago by lint group. I have dealt with Anis who has been giving me great advise on the best way to let my property out.

I did call few agents round including Lintgroup, but I went with gut, Anis was pleasant, very helpful goes the extra mile and have a immediate start date, quick and efficient to sort all my issues in the property.

Lived in a house managed by Letting International Stratford for 6 years.

Always found them to be helpful. The very few issues that arose over the years were dealt with efficiently.

Rent reviews were very fair. And maintenance was always timely and to a high standard.

Check out was good. And they were more than reasonable with a couple of minor things that need repairing. And speedy in giving the deposit back.

I am Letting International tenant and my housing officer is Happy Singh. He is such a gentlemen who provides a good service. Always try and understand my and my daughter’s needs who is only 16. Deff recommend this company.

Overall good honest service ., can improve on call back service , constantly chasing rental reviews and property needs to be managed better if a 5 star is deserved.

I've known and used Rizwan's Letting services for over 10 years.

I feel comfortable that my rent will be paid on time (payment has never been missed) and the repair services provided by Lint will generally be reasonable.

There has been a marked customer service improvement over the years, however there are a few areas that need definite improvement:

- Callback needs to be robust. Too often I'm having to chase the Sales team to get an update - I'd prefer the customer not to have to chase.
- Property inspection reports - despite asking repeatedly , I never receive these.

The team members I work with (Anis, Ikram, Rafiq) all present a friendly and positive service - and will provide beneficial rental advice.

I hope Lint addresses their few weaknesses - they'll then be worthy of a 5 star rating.
