Absolute Pleasure
This is my first time I've used a letting company opposed to an estate agent.
I’m really thankful to the guys at #lintgroupstratford, particularly Ayyub who really made this journey less daunting for myself. The whole process from start to finish was methodically explained (and i had plenty of questions that’s for sure). The whole journey was delivered at a pace suited to me and Ayyub made me feel at ease. The coffee and cake also helped. I felt I was at the heart of the conversation.
Absolute pleasure to deal with, much more useful than my previous High St Estate Agent.

Been dealing with LI for a number of years and I can honestly say they are a superb and professional company to deal with.
They manage my property without the whole "stress factor". Tenents are fully vetted and you don't get any off the drams that you would with other companies.

There are many Letting Agency's out there, what sets the LINT Group apart is their Service and Integrity. The whole teams at the LINT Group have been a credit to the company and are consistently a pleasure to deal with.
No issue is too big or too small and their incredible helpfulness has made the process so much easier.
They are always on hand to offer good advice and are very responsive on all communications.
Will absolutely use them again and will recommend to anyone considering letting a property out.

My experience of Lint as a Landlord is wonderful.
The staff all ensure my properties are kept in working order . I have managed my properties myself in the past , I found this very stressful .
Lint group now offer seminars which I have found very useful as a landlord which is wonderful as it shows that my property investment is always protected .
I have no issue recommending Lint group to my family and friends .
