I love the product, but item had been damaged in transit and had leaked badly on arrival. Only had half a bottle technically due to the damage. Looked like the lid hadn’t been secured properly before packing…

I used this to waterproof walking Trousers, my Dryrobe, walking coat and trainers.. ! All out the little 250ml bottle.. All now completely waterproof.. amazing stuff.. will buy again when needed. Highly recommended !

I had bought a pair of Skechers Go Walk nubuck shoes for comfort but needed them to be reasonably waterproof. I sprayed them well with Liquiproof a couple of times and they are great. I can walk through wet grass and my feet stay dry. I have been wearing them for over 3 months now and my feet have always stayed dry. Very happy.

I’ve been raving about this company and their products.

Unfortunately the courier had mashed the box up and as a result the bottle inside had become damaged, leaking most of the contents out.

I reached out to their customer service team who were extremely helpful, after sending proof of the box and problem - they are sending out a replacement.

Really hassle free experience. The replacement is on its way, but I used the dregs of the original bottle on some AM1 trainers and the results are outstanding.

I’ll definitely be ordering again every time I buy a new pair of trainers. 5 star for product and 5 star for customer service.

Heard such amazing things about the product so ordered a small travel size with a brush, the brush is amazing for marks, but unfortunately the bottles spray doesn’t work so I can’t even try the product. Must be a faulty spray lid. I did think to reach out to customer service but as I’d only tried the product a month after I’d purchased I guessed nothing would be done as I’d left it too long. But yeah would love to try if the spray lid worked 😞

After placing my order nearly two months ago, I have yet to receive it. This rating reflects more the choice of delivery carrier than Liquiproof

I used this, as directed, on my new suede boots, plus it covered two pair of shoes, too. The solution worked perfectly. Will buy again. Recommend.

This product was delivered very quickly and I'm a big fan of the results in the past but.......my recent order was due to have a 250ml bottle of protector in it, and I only received the 125ml size.

I do get it that mistakes are made but since then I've sent 2 webmail messages and 2 direct emails to their customer support team, as well as 2 answer phone messages to the London number.
There has been absolutely zero response!

All I'm asking for is acknowledgement of the error and a further 125ml bottle of protector that I've paid for......please!

Update Jan 24:
I had to claim back the goods that were wrong via my bank. Shouldn't have to take it that far and it has put me off using the company again. Shame :(

Great product, Highly recommended!
I followed the simple instructions. and it really works, my bright white Nike Jordans are staying white, a simple wipe over with a wet cloth and they are super clean! Also with the benefit of being water resistant when it rains too!

I have used the waterproofed spray for my suede and leather shoes for years. It works wonderfully!
The deodorant I only discovered recently; just as good as the waterproofer. You know how certain favourite shoes tend to get !!
