I ordered the product and the courier delivered to the wrong address. They said I had to contact Liquiproof, which I did but no one replied so I never received the product. Very unsatisfactory

This item does not work, my daughter's expensive trainers have been ruined.

Products were superb, throughly recommended using the Leather Nourisher prior to using the Premium Protector.

Very hit and miss. I've used this in the past on some suede shoes and it's worked fairly well, not perfect but definitely made some difference when caught in rain but recently I've used it on 2 new pairs that feature Ripstop on the toebox and even after giving it one extra coating its till makes absolutely no difference and just let's water seep through even in very light rain. Having spoke to other people they seem to have had the same experiences. Buy at your owk risk.

Product has ruined my new Stone Island cap, leaving stains all over it.

Purchased for my new suede boots off Amazon , followed the instructions , poured water to test and it speckled a tiny bit and then parts of my boot was wet.I’m very disappointed and I’m confused as everyone I know has said it works ! I’ve used the entire 17 pounds worth of spray and left it again and it’s the same . Could it be a faulty batch ??

Found this company when I was looking for some protection against water for my shoes.
I was skeptical about it, first timeI saw it, but gave it a try.
After few days, everything was fine and Protector worked as expected. So far, works perfectly and it keep my feet dry. Already used it on my hat with same result.
Do not expect it to work on every single type of fabric - really not going to work on perforated mesh.
Products are more expensive, but the chemicals are eco friendly and biodegradable, which is nice.
After all everything is OK.

Absolutely top class product - I have worn shoes for many years and tried all of the proprietary protectors out there with a few off piste versions.

Despite other less than complimentary reviews I find the protector to be bombproof, last ell and be very reasonably priced.

Their delivery time is spectacular.

Well done liquiproof, I am safe in the knowledge that my footwear is protected.

Have to say, I have been very disappointed in the product. I treated a pair of leather gloves as per the instructions but they were soaked through first time I wore them in the rain.
Proofed a tweed shooting jacket and cap, again followed the instructions. The proofing appeared to work when I sprayed the jacket with water to test it, however, after wearing the jacket in the field a couple of times, the coating appears to have worn off. The cap was soaked through after being out for a few hours on a drizzly day.
The best results were on a pair of suede boots but again, the waterproofing did not last. I get the impression this product works in the lab but sadly in the real world, where there is wear, tear and movement, this product does not appear very durable. I expected a lot better for the price.

Followed the instructions perfectly but shoes weren't waterproofed.

Love my starter kit! Your company gets products to me quicker than a lot of items I buy in the USA!

Tbh I didn't notice any waterproofing after using this product, perhaps my application technique was not sufficient but I will be trying to apply it again to a pair of trainers (leather) and be a little more generous when applying.

Best shoe / trainer/uggs protection EVER. Wouldn’t use anything else because nothing works better than liquidproof

It never worked on my walking trainers I did them 2 times I would definitely not buy it again

I’ve use this product for around two to three years now and can safely say it’s the best on the market. Ok it’s not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.
