I purchase my items Duvet Set and Pillowsham online which was easy to order..I was kepted informed regarding my delivery status and when it will be arriving which was very quick...and left in a safe place..on a whole very pleased with my experience ordering and receiving goods...love the quilt cover set and pillowshams it looks beautiful.. excellent..I would recommend.

Unreal, I tried to buy an air con unit, typed in the words and no results, went on AI and found five links to air conditioners with them and all the links worked and took me to seven units on their site. This is where it goes fubar, they have units for sale but will not tell me what to search for, they even searched their end and nothing but admitted they have them for sale. what is the point of having items that WE CANNOT SEARCH FOR?????? I have had enough of them, closing my account because three times I have talked to their CS but they just will not tell me what to search for.

I have had a littwoods catalogue for several years and find i can get some very good deals especially on larger items and especially on clothing when they have items reduced, its easy to order the items arrive quickly and the customer service is brilliant they are always happy to help with any queries, the payment flexibility is superb and the monthly statement helps you keep track of the account

I have been a customer of Littlewoods for a number of years now with no issue - super fast deliveries, hassle-free returns, even helped me out when an item was stolen. Last months, I had an issue with my car which wiped out almost every penny I had so I contacted Littlewoods to ask for some help stating that I would not be able to make one payment on time. Within days they put a restriction on my account and completely withdrew my credit facility, meaning I can never use my account again! Cannot believe it has come to this after experiencing a short spell of difficulties. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone in light of shit - shocking customer service!

I placed an order 30/07/2026 and according to Littlewoods it has been delivered, it hasn’t, and it is now 11/08/2026. There is no way to contact Littlewoods without phoning, and although I’ve queried it with the delivery company I’m still waiting to hear back. One of these items was a present, and another was something to wear to a specific occasion.

I paid extra for next day delivery but my item didn’t arrive until 3 days later. I wrote to complain and ask for my money back. I had a reply a few days later to say they’d tried to contact me several times but hadn’t been able to contact me, so were closing the complaint. I never once received a message to say they’d tried had been in touch. Like very many people, I don’t answer calls from unknown numbers, but if Littlewoods had left a message, I would have done so. Trying to contact Littlewoods by email is impossible. I initially sent my letter of complaint to the finance dept, as that was the only email address available. They contacted me to say they had forwarded it on to customer services. My email back from
Customer services was a ‘no reply’ address. You cannot contact CS via email. The whole experience has been exceptionally poor customer service. I’ve been with Littlewoods for nearly 40 years and expect better. My customer is being withdrawn!
