I've found it excellent for discussing everyday problems that I'm not able to navigate thru myself.

It provides people with counseling on numerous topics with the ability of being anonymous. You are able to speak freely.

I have found a number of good experts on Liveperson but I am not interested in psychic readings. Therefore I am not all that interested in having to go to the landing page for Kasamba in order to get to my experts. This change is very distracting.

Overall Liveperson is interesting but I would like to see more experts that are not offering psychic readings.

Don't know what I'd do without it! It's changed me for the better. Great advice and information.

The therapist I use has became like my mom but with more psychological education and less fear and guilt. She has pulled me gently and judgementally through a few really tough times. She has become my friend and I trust her. The Chat system works well for me because I sometimes get nervous talking so openly about such raw issues face to face. Its a perfect buffer for me. I have been using LivePerson for about 2 years now, corresponding with one of their licensed clinical social workers and the service has helped me to make sense of a very difficult situation. I like the idea that you can get help whenever you want, I think it's kinda expensive

I would recommend this site to anyone who needs answers or clarification on any topic in general.

I am currently using Liveperson to help me with some of the issues I deal with on a day to day basis. It is very expensive - that is the hard part - because to receive proper therapy it takes many appointments. I have encountered several counselors who do seem to have their hearts and minds in the right place. There are some good listening ears on this site, and some well-educated individuals who can help a person quite a bit.
