Went through purchase very well

Instafold.After a bad start the company turned it round and sorted everything out cant ask for more . We ordered at 4.30pm on a Thursday and it arrived midday on the Friday the instafold electric wheelchair is awesome well built and stronger than I thought it would be being so light I tried it and I'm 19st and it had no problems. Happy

Waited 6 days for a new joystick for wheelchair that I was told would be here in 48 to 72 hours only to be told it’s not in stock and won’t be for another couple of days then has to be delivered. Husband is housebound without his wheelchair. Why didn’t they just tell me the truth, I waited in for 3 days for something that wasn’t coming. Then when I phoned on 6th day they still didn’t tell me they were waiting for stock just said it would be delivered tomorrow. Again not true.

Wheelchair looks good and seems to be well made. Not used yet.

Superb service. Having been read the returns policy, I explained that I could not unpack my new wheelchair for several days after it arrived, the salesman, Ryan said he would raise this with the company. I later received an email stating he had done just that and things were fine. The wheelchair arrived when he stated it would. All in all a very easy company to deal with. If I need anything else, they will be my company of choice. Well done guys, keep up the great work.

They employ knowledgeable and polite staff

Excellent company first scooter came damage no problem replacing scooter delivered new one and even built it up and demostrated how it works delivery people very friendly and knowledgeable would defo use company again

This is the second time I have ordered from livewell and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

There was initially going to be a delay for the scooter I ordered as the colour i wanted was not in stock. Every staff member I spoke to about this was fantastic and so willing to help me come to a resolution. I decided to get a different colour which they had in stock and called them only to receive it the next day!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and I have already recommended them to friends and family. It is very rare to receive such incredible service.

Never have I ever written a review, but the quality and efficiency and speed of this company is truly magnificent.
I had a problem with my disabled scooter the lady that answered mt call (Karen) was both understanding and patient. The engineer instantly resolved the situation and replacement on it`s way.
Have previously used this company and will continue to do so in the future. Once again congrats to Krenand staff at this first class compant.
