I'm happy with my first order. I got good quality goods and fast delivery. Their customer service team response to me quick too.

My first time purchasing from Liwisi. They had a vast clothing range and design is chic.
The materials are of good quality and its exactly what was stated in each of their piece.
The after service is responsive and will make my purchase with them again and also, recommend to my friends and family.

I did run into a small issue with my latest order, but the exchange process was effortless and handled with outstanding customer service. First time I ordered from this website, products took a while to arrive tgem they look nothing like the photos online. Beware if you want to try. Fabrics are different, the garments dont sit the way it looks on the photos. It’s a shame . Because I really like some of the styles . Refund wasn’t easy, they would negotiate until you had enough , I gave in accepted 30% loss in USD which wasn’t small as I only could just wear one out of the few I bought. I will donate the clothes.

After placing my order, I found the stock was insufficient. The store responded very quickly and even offered a cost-effective alternative. I’m impressed with their attentive and prompt service, and I will definitely shop here again

Purchased several times from Liwisi already. Their items have great quality and designs. Great after sales support too! At one point, i ordered one dress that was one size smaller. I emailed and asked if i could exchange it for a bigger size.. guess what?! They gave me a voucher so i could purchase other items.. no need to return the smaller dress!! I was so thrilled!!
