The website easy to search around. My order received in very good condition and the product nice and good quality. I send email for query relate to exchange garment for the bigger size , I received the respond quite quick and Im very happy and satisfying with the offer Ifor exchange.

I ordered a dress cost 31. 90 and costs me 36.86 including shipping.
But when i checked my accounts shockingly it took 58.62dollars and not returned.

My first and also last order

My first and also last order, item took 7 weeks to arrive, none of the clothing can be use due to quality and fitting not right. During the shipping delay, customer support offer 20% refund which never happened, 2 emails to follow up and got no respond back. This review summarize the whole experience.

Update June 15th- Liwisi respond for me to contact them through customer Service email, I followed their instruction and once again still no respond, what is the point? Disappointment after disappointment

I wanted to return but they said…

I wanted to return but they said shipping would be expensive, so they offered to give me credit and keep the items (which I can’t use due to sizing), told them I would donate it instead.
Received the credit code but when I tried to use it, it doesn’t work. Emailed 4x times and no reply. That is worth $200+ wasted. Disappointed with customer service.

Bad stuff

Got 3 items from them, look good on the net but very bad quality and cutting when you see the items. Not recommended.

ORDER NO #L81313, cant return as products too rubbish that i throw away all of them right after receiving them. Poor quality.

I have emailed on the 22nd April for a refund, it’s Friday today and I have emailed 4 times but still not reply. It’s over £100 and I’m just very dissapointed with their customer service. On their website it says reply’s within 24hrs but not even a message to say out of office.

Bad quality and false advertising

Bad quality and false advertising. They promote Japanese clothing and It is from China. No labels on the clothing. I asked for a refund. They ship from a USA warehouse and they want me to return everything to China. I did return to the warehouse in USA and they do not want to refund.
