The items arrived and I didn’t like the way they fit. I requested to return for a refund. They offered me $28 and haven’t returned any of my emails for a full refund as I want to return the items.

I got exactly what I ordered and the quality is great!

Not sure what my order date was but received the email that my order was shipped on May 25th and I received the order on June 3rd and have been emailing them since.

The clothes run small in size so I contacted them via email about an exchange. Nothing heard back and I have now sent them 4 emails in total asking for a refund. Their website claims to have "easy returns" but only gives you an email address - where it goes unanswered. And when I received the package there was no packing slip or anything to provide any other way of contacting them. Not only do the clothes run small but they have an odd feel and one of of the 4 outfits looks nothing like the photos online.

Please save your money, otherwise your probably just throwing it out an open window while driving.

6/8/2023 so this joke of a company sent me back an email finally yesterday to say "we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our items. You don't need to send back and we will refund you US$28, is it ok with you?" - oh no, my order was $184.49 and you want to refund me $28 not a chance. And US$28??? I thought you were made and shipped from South Carolina? Again scam of a company, please save your dollars and don't get ripped off. How they sleep at night is beyond me.

The shopping experience was wonderful. Delivery was prompt. Notification was sent as soon as it shipped.
I love both the dresses. Fits perfectly and looks exactly as advertised. I will definitely recommend this company.

I placed order on May 5th and was charged 135.82 on that day. I emailed company and they responded on May 30th order was being shipped and as of today June 5th order still has not gone out. This business is a scam. I have filed complaint with states attorney and pay pal.

The clothes fit and were just as pretty in real as the pictures showed on the website. My shipment was received in a timely fashion. Will buy additional clothes from your site in the future.

I had to return the product I ordered, which was a bummer, but Llenu made it a positive experience by keeping me informed.

The t shirts I purchased were soft and have a very nice fit - true to size. I was happy with all my purchases and would recommend ordering from this company. I was pleasantly surprised. The package did take a while to come in but other than that I have absolutely no complaints.

Clothes are wonderful. Good quality. Size up has been my experience. Shipping was a bit slower than I would have liked. I sent them a second order so we will see how long it takes them to ship.
