Very bad customer service! Don't buy unless you are not going to return. They don't give you the option for return. If you bought wrong size - you stuck with that.

I explained to them 3 times I never received my order 4 items and still I had one reply stating it was delivered to my mail box which it never was nor would it fit. 90.00 dollars..

All was very easy, and package came in a timely manner. Product is very nice quality

I haven’t worn anything that I purchased yet, but I’m happy with the quality and the sizing. I’m looking forward to wearing my new pieces. I was just disappointed in how long it took my order to arrive especially when they quote 1-2 weeks delivery.

I have ordered a few times from your companies and the products are delivered as shown and sizing is accurate. I wish the delivery timing was a little faster, as it takes upwards of 1.5-2 months… but definitely always pleased when the shipment arrives!

I love the cloths but, it takes so long to get them.

I ordered 3 dresses for a wedding at the end of April. I was not planning on keeping each one, but I loved each one and how they fit. I will order from them again. Timely delivery and good quality products! Anne in Tennessee

Llenu is a scam. They say the clothing company is from South Carolina and that the clothing is made there, apparently not. Read the following review, Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I originally ordered three items one of them was not available and I received a prompt refund… The other two items arrived one of which I wished to return… Of course these items were shipped from China and that option is not available!!
The original offer was to refund me $15 on a $40 item but I could “keep the “item”. I countered back and said I would accept no less than $25 refund and they could keep $15 for shipping and handling charges. One of the three items was a little black dress which is cute for the price.
I have recently ordered two things from China and I will not be ordering anything again… These things were advertised on Facebook by the way

Made in China! Shipped from China! I have been waiting for 23 days for my order from "South Carolina". I have contacted the company for the third time they are not returning my emails. I got stuck in a previous scam like this finding out it was not an American company but a scam from China. To get a refund for the clothing that is crappy manufacturing and poor sizing, the items must be returned to China. And the refund may take up to 3 months to process.

Company is a Scam. Cannot reach customer service. I ordered a dress and they say it shipped, but label not in tracking after two weeks. They also say clothing is made in South Carolina, but billing on my account is Hong Kon.com.

I have orderd 4 sweaters so far. All are quite nice. I was thinner than expected but still nice. One that I like very much is starting to pill a bit which is a little disappointing. I have worn it more than the others. I'm hoping the others don't pill. Overall I am sastisfied with both orders.It is hard to find nice sweaters at a reasonable price.
