Llenu have only partially refunded me…
Llenu have only partially refunded me for a parcel of clothes that was never delivered to me. Evri (Hermes) said they incorrectly labelled the parcel as the wrong size (letterbox sized instead of large) so they returned it to sender. Evri admit they should have just brought it back to the depot to be relabelled but they said I need to take it up with Llenu, who won't give me a full refund and are based in Hong Kong, so they really don't care about my money they are withholding. Have taken up with credit card company who are thankfully being brilliant but Llenu are thieves.

I received an email stating order delivered and it has been four days and still nothing. The only way to contact them is by email. If I do not receive a reply, I will file with my credit card.

Overall happy
My order took a bit longer to deliver than I expected, so I reached out to customer service. They were very accommodating and responded in a very timely manner to assure me that my delivery was still on its way. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and quality of my order.

I ordered 2summer dresses, and a Tshirt.
The quality was extremely poor, so bad that these items should be free.
Customer service is a joke, really doesn't exist at all. They have refused to provide a return address so that I can return the items. I don't even want a shipping label. The quality is poor I will pay to return them.

Exactly Perfect!
I purchased this dress and was a little nervous b/c it looked great on the model. I am 5'-6" and a size 18. I was concerned that the dress wouldn't fit well but I ordered the XXL and it was perfect. The dress is bright & colorful and fits really well at the bust. It's lose in the arms, shoulders & flows. The length is also really nice (just above the knee, not too short). I have now ordered three more from the same company. I recommend this dress without a doubt.
