Alisha Oaten was very patient and explained everything very well as I needed to deal with a much increased household insurance premium. Alisha even phoned me at the end of her day to be sure to talk to me properly. I felt reassured and understand why I need to pay more for my insurance. Her colleague Sadie was also very helpful. Professional and efficient, but also personal and friendly

I took out a house insurance policy via the BMA a few years ago. This year the issurer involved pulled out. Lloyd & White via their advisor Destiny contacted me a week later with another offer of a policy that was significantly less expensive than the last year and it was no hassel to check the details, make a minor correction, and renew by credit card over the phone. All very easy.

Excellent service from Sam (Commercial adviser). Very professional and informative , providing a substantial saving on the cover for Commercial properties. I can highly recommend this service.
