I had a great experience working with Jess and Lisa on what turned out to be quite a complex mortgage case.

Jess was incredibly proactive and knowledgeable throughout, always willing to go the extra mile to find solutions and keep things moving, even when the case required multiple changes. She was patient, responsive, and very supportive at every stage.

Lisa was equally excellent behind the scenes, handling communication with the lender efficiently and making sure everything was followed up properly.

Although the deal didn’t ultimately proceed due to factors outside their control, both Jess and Lisa remained professional and helpful throughout, even going above and beyond to help recover fees where possible.

I really appreciate the effort, transparency, and support from both of them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again on the next opportunity.
