I would highly recommend Dominic Challinor and adviser Peter Hill to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. Both were extremely helpful throughout the process, especially Peter, who took the time to explain everything clearly, including why certain payments were necessary and what we were paying for. We felt we could genuinely trust him, and he was always patient, honest, and happy to answer any questions I had. His support and guidance made the whole process much less stressful, and I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us. Thank you both for all your help!

As a first-time buyer, I honestly couldn’t recommend Michael Royal and Olivia Ager highly enough.

When I was first put in touch with Michael, he took the time to explain the entire mortgage and house-buying process thoroughly. As someone who wasn’t particularly familiar with all the steps involved, he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and made what can be quite an overwhelming process feel much more straightforward.

Michael has been incredibly helpful throughout. He has always been approachable, friendly and available whenever I’ve needed to call for advice, ask questions or have something explained in a little more detail. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and I’ve always felt reassured and well informed.

Unfortunately, my first property purchase fell through, but I had absolutely no hesitation in getting back in touch with Michael when I found my second property. Once again, he has been fantastic, explaining everything clearly and guiding me through the process from the beginning.

I’d also like to give Olivia a special mention. She has been equally helpful in providing key documentation, keeping things organised and assisting Michael throughout. They make a brilliant team, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them both.

As a first-time buyer, having people who are knowledgeable, patient and genuinely willing to help makes such a difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will certainly be keeping in touch with Michael and Olivia for any future property or mortgage needs.

Mike and Shoaib are amazing! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Right from the first appointment with Mike he made things so clear and easy to understand for myself and my partner as first time buyers. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Mike came in on his days off when we were struggling to find a date to meet, answered the phone to me whenever I called, and spent so much time helping me to understand all the ins and outs of house buying that probably weren’t even in his job description! Mike really went above and beyond with every aspect of the process, not only the mortgage but advice on the searches, home buyer survey, estate agents and solicitors, insurance etc. Mike educated me on all things to do with house buying and made it so easy to understand and I genuinely couldn’t have done this without him! Laura Turney and Ryan Constantine have been an incredible team and I can't thank them enough for all their help. I have quite a unique financial situation and Ryan was extremely patient getting to understand it, and guided me through my options carefully. As a first-time buyer it does help a lot to have someone hold your hand through the process a bit and break down exactly what everything means. They have easily made this the least stressful part of buying a house!

Ryan explained that they'll be with me throughout my whole mortgage if I'd like, and I'd absolutely use their services again.
