My journey began with having the absolute pleasure of being introduced to the amazing Kylie Bell.

From the very beginning of the process Kylie talked and walked me through the entire process gave me her honest and best advice.Kylie was on hand for all my questions there were many, her support was unwavering and simply made the whole experience smooth and stress free for me.

Kylie then handed me over to Katie Slieghtholme who picked up the baton and is now looking after me until completion, again the communication and support I have received from Katie is excellent.

In summary the support and advice I have received so far from Kylie and now Katie is first rate and an absolute credit to your organisation.
