I have the Bear battery and the seahorse dab pen, both have been excellent products that work exactly as they describe. My bear battery quit working suddenly within the 3 year warranty and they promptly replaced it without a ton of hassle. Nothing crazy here just a company getting the basics right delivering a solid product and great customer service.

When my octopus Lookah quit, they responded quickly, walked me through the process, and after I showed what was going on, they sent a replacement! Very helpful and communicative, answered all my questions and were very personable. Customer service was definitely 5 stars worthy.

One of the e rigs I got was a lemon which was a bummer but they shipped out a replacement quickly and customer service was great.

Contacted them about a problem I had with one of their products. They responded quickly, and resolved my issue satisfactorily.

Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed them my issue, they emailed me back within 20 minutes and that continued up until they resolved it in a timely fashion. Will definitely buy from them again.

I very much love lookah products i owe 3 by far and sad to say ive also broke three glass pieces haha but i emailed them letting them know and they kindly emailed back love there service and how kind and generous they were to me. With all the love i can give i gratefully appreciate them helping me with my sad funny situation stuff happens giving me new opportunities to try there other products. Given the glass to my giraffe breaking wasnt too bad because i got a chance to buy there seahorse and now i have 3 batteries to use because the glass piece fits the giraffe and seahorse collection by far my best site.

This is by far the best company Ive worked witrh and bought from in 20 years! Personal contact and level setting support.
There products are not the best in the industry, but still close. I would rather have a Lookah product then a 300 rig! They last long, are VERY sturdy and easy to use and clean.
IMO, no need to pay mroe whrn you can get one of there products and be happier for less.

I had an issue with a bing I had purchased and I contacted the support team and was able to come to a resolution and I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for their support and the product itself! I purchased the lookah accordion bubbler and I couldn’t be happier with it.

I bought a Dragon Egg from Lookah, and it broke sadly, but I talked to customer support, and they very quickly solved my problem and sent out another one to me for free of charge. The whole process only took around 3-4 weeks and customer support was very knowledgeable and helped me with haste.

Products are fine, but shipping is horrendous. Never order directly from their site.

Not only is shipping expensive ($19.99 for Express, which was the only option) but they use DHL. My online order just sits in limbo for days, no update, no processing, no customer support assistance.

If you see their products at a dispensary, go for it. If you're thinking about buying online, do not do it!

Lookah is a solid legitimate company. I had to RMA and they went to the moon to please me. TL;DR. Basically where I bought it and what lookah knew didn't match as where I bought it was wrong. Lookah in my confusion was still willing to fix everything. This company aims to please. 6 stars and well worth it. 💪👍🤙

Total junk. Lasted two months and then just stopped working. Nothing but yellow light, no fix worked. I would expect a $30 product to last longer than the $10 batteries every dispensary has their logo on. What a joke.

I love this company and it's products. Everything I've bought has been high quality, and arrived in about 10 days. Will definitely order from them again!

I've been buying Lookah products for 4 years now, I have multiples of each of my favorites, until I found the octopus mini, this thing is a freaking beast! My original one had a tank issue, and I contacted them for a tank, which they sent me a replacement no problem... Thinking it would be a tank, turned out I got an entire replacement device, 200% Lookah is the best! I've gotten rid of all my other devices, thank you Lookah for making such badass things and taking care of your customers!

I love all of my Lookah products. Very reasonably priced compared to the competitors and top notch quality. The Seahorse Pro is my favorite. Easy to use, easy to clean, versatile, and portable. Best way to consume concentrates IMHO! I always recommend the Seahorse for those who want to get into concentrates without having to purchase torches and hundreds of dollars of fragile glass.

Originally contacted Lookah for service on their "Ice Cream" vape. I thought my emails were being ignored at first. After several went unanswered it turns out it was an issue with the website.

Once communication was restored, Lookah's support Team was amazing. Answering each and every question and concern I had. And in a very timely manner. Sometimes the same day.

I was only looking for a return or replacement for my vape. Lookah offered an entirely NEW unit at zero cost. Didn't even ask me to return the original. And provided a tracking number so I could monitor shipment.

I received my new vape today and it's working perfectly. BTW, I highly recommend the Ice Cream vape. Simple controls, Four temperature zones, easy cleanup and feels good in your hand.

This was my first experience with Lookah. So I don't know a lot about them or their products. But I do know that their customer support is top notch. And that's vitally important. Not only for their reputation, but also for their customers who rely on good communication and good after-sale support.

Update on the New Mini Dragon Egg. I came to a sad conclusion about this product and it’s the coil. The coil is super finicky, it seems to only get a good hot if you play with it. I shouldn’t have to screw it in and out 100 times before I fix it for 5 minutes. It melts my concentrates and puddles in the bottom even before I can get vapor production. I at first was super excited because it has the potential to be great and then in a few weeks it falls short in heat and I think that’s the most important thing because without the right heat you really not even dabbing. It’s a sad day, now I have to find a new Product to try for Dabs.

Had a small glitch with ours and it was replaced immediately, even though the warranty time was up. The people were super nice and 10/10 I will buy from them again!!

The Lookah support team listens to the customer and goes all in to satisfy them with information, answers or product replacement when deemed appropriate. I love my Unicorn Mini and it's nice to know there's a great support team behind it.
