I have been using lookah products since the first seahorse pro came out and have been a loyal user of a number of their vape tech. I have found all their products that I have purchased have been top notch. I have purchased 3 of the bear vapes as gifts. Every one loves them. They are well made easy to use and give a great vape experience. Customer service is also top notch. I had a small issue and they took care of it in a timely manner to my satisfaction. I find good customer service is tough to find. Not here the customer service is right there at the top of the industry. I highly recommend all lookah products. You won't be disappointed.

Great company, great quality! I love lookah brand! You can find it at any good smoke shop and their online store is cheap! I have about 4 different products from lookah and all still work as they did on day one!

So I purchased a dinosaur and it was faulty they were quick to send replacement and covered shipping etc. Customer service is on point! Give these guys your buisness for your vape needs.

it was a pleasure working with Lookah customer service. i am a fan of their products, and they were very helpful when i had an issue with my dab rib. they stand behind their warranty, and replaced my item with no hassle. A++++

Customer service is just bad. Product doesn't work. Even the hotmail on their website told me It would get back to me and never did. I'm sure it relayed the info to a real person and I just got ignored. Long story short I hear they typically have great products but there are too many other company's out there to me treated like crap. Lost customer, sure they don't care

I bought a Seahorse X from a smoke shop and I believe it had sat in there too long, possibly in the sun because the plastic was really brittle right out of the box. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement Seahorse X plus a Turtle battery for the inconvenience.

Super good stuff

Lookah has really great pieces for reasonable prices compared to others in the market. I have multiple pieces and appreciate the responsive customer service with any issues. I recently purchased a piece from a store that was defective and they made the process of receiving a replacement piece very easy.

Great product so far Customer Service has done really good for me I think I will continue shopping with them I’m in the process of getting a warranty right now

I’ve had a dragon egg for about four years and have had no issues. I got another one and it failed within about three weeks. Customer service replaced it without any hassle.

Customer support was great dealing with the only issue I've had with their great line of products. I highly recommend them!

Experienced technical issues with seahorse pro plus but Lookah was super helpful and understanding with sending a new one and making sure everything was handled correctly.

I don't want to be that person that wishes they could make zero stars but oh my God. This company had a label made 4 days after I took the order I saw on here that it could take a little longer than that but whatever right? No. For 3 weeks they never sent it every time I reached out they said they were "reaching out to logistics" I had no other contact other than a third party until 3 weeks later the day I said I'm requesting a refund from my bank because it felt like a scam . They then sent me a picture and link to my ordered item and the shipping The ordered item link actually says I'm blocked from the website. Weirdly I'm not I can still get to it on Google but they can't even send a link right so how am I expecting my order to show up? They then kept ignoring my answers when I requested refunds repeatedly saying they would resend it which at this point I'm completely over because if I ever need to get new percolators or anything else I have to deal with this again. They then lied since I paid through sessle they told me that I have to cancel through sezzle. That's not true it's the vendors that you purchased from that have to start that process. There's still refusing to do it and just saying that they're going to resend me one if I want to essentially holding a hostage. I'm actually having to go to my bank in person to deal with this at this point do not buy from these scanning piece of shit. I would not wipe my dog's ass with their customer service. (Apparently you can't swear In these reviews but they deserve nothing but the worst)

I am very happy with the way that my claim was handled and you were all very helpful in the whole situation of the guitar that I had purchased and the warranty and return of the product and you sood behind your product 100 percent.

My hookah stopped working and they were awesome and replaced it and offered a battery as well!
