I placed an order on 10/04/26 for a pair of sandals. I paid for them through Amazon Pay including a standard delivery charge. The despatch time was supposed to be 3-5 working days. On 25/04, I still had no shoes so I emailed customer services. No response.
29/04 I emailed again. I also sent a query through Amazon Pay. I got responses from both this time saying they would look into it. To cut a long story short, Love Lemonade said I had not paid for the order but I had proof in both the Amazon Pay receipt and my bank account app. This went on until yesterday, 05/06, almost a month later, I got a refund. I have given two stars as I did get my money back but I had to fight for it. Not great. Sad because I liked the shoes but I won’t be ordering again.

Love their shoes and bags excellent materials long lasting and amazing designs and colours. Always delivered in fantastic condition and on time.

Not a standard fit. Ordered a 6 and very uncomfortable at the toe. All my shoes are a size 6. So this is a very small fit. They won't refund despite misleading advertising it is True to Size. It is not

I have emailed and tried to get hold of this company with regards to a delivery that hasn’t even come. Absolutely disgusting service when you have no one to even speak to about products you’ve bought! Avoid at all costs!

Was given as a present for Christmas but already coming to pieces. Tried to contact customer service and came back but haven't heard from them again with my reply.
If all not sorted I will have to report to trading standards as I should be able to use the bag for more than two weeks with little weight in it, purse,phone and eye drops.

Come on Love lemonade get your act together.

ÏReached out several times regarding a personalised item with personalisation wearing off after 3 weeks under the 2015 consumer act I am entitled to demand a full refund within 30 days after numerous emails I have been offered a repair which I am entitled to refuse due to the faulty goods shoddy workmanship durability and my consumer rights being within the 30 day timeframe for a full refund. My next step is to escalate a complaint to trading standards. Avoid this company should anything go wrong they will try and fob you off poor customer service being emailed all hours through the night SHAMEFUL!!!! Know your consumer rights and look into all other negative reviews before thinking about ordering from this company 👎🏼

Love lemonade have decided they will not refund a faulty pair of slippers said they have been worn but this is why they were returned I have read the reviews on here about them don't like refunding I would not purchase ftom them again they are scammers I have took this to trading standards becsuse by law a refund shod be issued

All items arrived on time and beautifully well packaged.

Fantastic customer service even out of hours on a Saturday night. Had to contact them as Royal Mail delivered my shoes to Plymouth instead of Maidenhead by mistake. Lemonade staff replied to my email quickly and put my mind at rest. The shoes, when I received them were fabulous.
