Just received my Jimmy Choos. I’ve bought several items and Charlotte is the absolute best. From ordering to receiving my goods the service is absolutely fantastic.

I’ve brought a couple of pairs of heels from Love Luxe now and couldn’t fault them in anyway! As soon as the purchase was made I received a photo of the tracking label and then received the items after 48 hours at the latest. The Sunglasses are in very good condition but they are not Brand New as were advertised. Someone wore them at least a couple of times. But still I am happy with the purchase.

Fantastic service. I bought some Louboutins at a great price and I'm so happy with them. Shoes arrived very quickly. Ordered on Monday & they arrived on Wednesday. They were beautifully packaged and came with a little card with the invoice etc in. This was a nice touch. I also loved how they labeled the box with the shoe/shoe size on (it was the original Louboutin box) the packaging is gorgeous and the item was well packed in bubble wrap to keep items protected. I will definitely purchase from Love Luxe again, thank you for my wonderful shoes

I purchased a designer bag for Love Luxe and so pleased with the whole experience!! At first I was a bit apprehensive as to hadn’t heard of the site but saw it recommended in a few Facebook groups and joined their WhatsApp group.

Their goods are fantastic and whilst they sell preloved designer goods also do sell some new ones (which I purchased) the prices are much better than a big store or from the brand themselves and comes with an certificate of authenticity.

The communication through WhatsApp was great and I got sent the tracking details of my order when it shipped.

Highly recommend and will absolutely be using again!
