Fantastic service, brilliant and friendly communications. The bag I bought was amazing, exactly as described and packaged beautifully! All good!!

I sent photos of my Gucci sunglasses. I have worn them and they fit tiny face give. I sent them to Charlotte who claimed that they were bent and needed a new hook. Total lie. Then she put a fake description about the glasses. When I informed her she blamed on her assistant! She then sold them higher and squeezed my price I received extremely low. Disgraceful and very untrustworthy.

I am from the US and unfamiliar with boutiques in the UK so naturally I had my hesitations. However, after receiving the product and going through the process I can say I would highly recommend this shop and will continue to keep my eye out for items I would like to purchase in the future.
