I visited the Newcastle upon tyne store today and service was superb.
There was a lovely range of costume jewellery and some eye catching rings.
I tried a ring on and couldn't get it off my finger. It was well and truly stuck.
I went to the counter and explained my predicament and that I did intend buying that ring and 3 other items.
The guy at the till was great. He managed to find some liquid so I could ease the ring off.
What could have been a very embarassing incident, was dealt with by him in a very kind and considerate way.
I love the jewellery I bought and service was superb.

Terrible quality, items look cheap and flimsy, necklace broke after opening package. Ridiculous returns policy made to prevent them. Avoid!

Visited your Preston store today 15/09/25 looking for some evil eye inspired jewellery. Was helped by the manager (can’t remember her name). She found me some earrings, a bracelet and necklace which were perfect. Unfortunately no matching ring but I managed to find one on your website. Great little store. Friendly staff. Trying to build up the courage for a nose piercing.

I called to enquire about my daughter and her friend getting there ears pierced but when the lady on phone picked up and I was inquiry about ears pierced she hung up on me and I called back a few times more and no one picked up really bad customer service should really get more training I will go some where else now for my daughter to get her ears pierced

Ordered a pair of earrings on Saturday 6 Sept for a wedding the following Friday because the delivery info says 2-3 business days. Until now (10 Sept) the tracking info on Royal Mail still stuck at “Sender has advised they have despatched item”. Looking at this, I don’t think they’ll arrive in time, it seems like they need more than 3 business days to even send the items, poor!

Very unhelpful to deal with. I bought a ring as a gift for someone. The stone in the ring fell out after a few weeks wear. I asked for a replacement to be sent (I checked and the item was in stock). They decided to refund me without asking/checking. As the item is a gift I need a replacement and they just keep telling me to buy it again but won't honour free shipping. Why should I have to pay shipping to replace a faulty item? Customer service is terrible

I wanted a clip on earing but it was a hoop piercing so the worker said it can come with a clip on attachable back but it doesn't work this worker was inexperienced

Came in today to have my 3rds pierced and cartlidge, Courtney and Shania were lovely. Patient, reassuring and polite. Very Helpful. Lovely Telford Team💜

I have ADHD & autism and I randomly decided to get my second piercing done.
Unfortunately I didn't get the lovely assistants name but I was very impressed. She understood my neurodiversity and put me at ease. She gave me space & talked me through everything. I love the breathing technique it didn't hurt at all and I am so happy. Thank you x I will be back

I have never written a review about a shop before but because they were so awful I had to. I asked the tall blonde girl, how much is it for ear piercing? She said….. Dunno. And looked a me with a dirty look. I went to Claire’s and they said they have had other people say the same thing. Worst shop ever

I went in to the Dublin grafton street store yesterday and saw some cute belly rings which I needed as mine recently fell out. As I was buying the two staff members were arguing infront of customers about who was putting different stock away. Which I thought unprofessional. I bought 3 priced at €26 each and a coral cuff bracelet priced at €20. I then look at my receipt which I was told has to be emailed to me. Out of curiosity I looked online and saw my exact belly rings for €22, and 2 x €23 so I was overcharged in shop by €11 not only that they added a tax bill of €18.32 which if your in America doesn’t sound bad but we are in Ireland there is no added tax to goods so this should have been mentioned at the till.

This jewellery is supposed to be affordable not an extra €29.32 for nothing.
I replied to my receipt so it was included when I bought this overcharge to their attention and they said they couldn’t look into it unless I provided an order number. Then they said oh sometimes prices differ in store to online.
This company is a big scam!

Inverness new store: was looking for rings. The sizes only go up to medium-large. So left empty handed

I visited the Basildon Eastgate shopping centre store, and had a wonderful experience, I had both my helix's pierced by Hatice, she was very patient and kind, making me feel comfortable and at ease,
I would highly recommend going here to get a piercing.

Came across this website looking for earrings and nose studs. They had a sale on (probably always have one tbh) so I got tempted, which ended up just being a waste of money. The earrings looked pretty but that's about as far as it goes. Within 1 day my ears which have been pierced for nearly 30 years were sore and bleeding. The earrings have gone black after just one day of wear! Absolutely horrendous, I swiftly took them out and have replaced them with proper earrings made from titanium, bought from elsewhere.

The nose studs were a complete waste of money because they were too short, not helped by the lack of information on the listing. Probably saved my nose from getting infected anyway by not being able to wear them.

If you're looking for good jewellery then this is not the place to get it from.

I am genuinely surprised by all the poor reviews! My daughter has been asking for Lovisa bits for a while, as her friends had some and they've commented that they find the stuff good quality. As I had an introductory offer for signing up, along with the sale offers, I ordered a selection of pieces, necklaces, earrings, ring sets, bangles and nose studs. Delivery time was reasonable, and everything was well packaged. The jewellery itself is lovely, the quality seems good on first inspection, nothing bendy or misshapen even the delicate rings are fine. Nose studs are a good size and actually don't fall out! The necklaces are gorgeous with good clasps and the rings have not tarnished. I am really pleased with my purchases and will definitely buy from Lovisa again.

*UXBRIDGE STORE* I recently went in here to buy some hair assesories, on paying at the till the girl who served me abruptly told me (not asked) that I have to give her my email address if I wanted a receipt!
Having worked in retail myself I know this is just a tactic to spam your email with unwanted junk!
I declined and asked her for a printed paper receipt to which she replied that they don't give paper receipts anymore.
I know this was a lie as I confirmed with their head office the following day.
Awful not giving people receipts and lying about it.
Would not recommend this particular store and myself, friends and relatives won't be returning to this store, although happy to shop at their other stores.

I bought various jewellery from their website. I ordered a tragus bar (advertised as suitable for tragus piercing on their website) when it arrived it was clear it the bar was way too big. I checked the packaging and it was the same length as bars advertised as suitable for lobe piercings! I didn't even take it out of the little plastic bag never mind the actual packaging and they are refusing to refund. I explained everything and they are now ignoring me. £17.50 for a bar I can't use. Disgusting! Avoid like the plague. Will also be contacting the ombudsman for deceptive advertising.
