This was a wonderful experience. It was very informative and convenient for me to continue my studies as I progress in my career.

I think the content at the time (I enrolled in 2014) were very modern. I found the student office annoying regarding payments.

I am appreciative of the prompt manner in which LSBF attended to the issue raised. I can confirm that the refund was processed within 24 hours and i expect to receive credit within five working days hence i am adjusting the review ratings to reflect the level of professionalism by the refund team.

I registered in January 5th for March diet and the team was not responsive so i got my bank to reverse the payment. They finally got in touch in February to advise that i sat for June exams but i declined as i had started with another tutor provider for March diet. To my utmost surprise, they debited my account and threw it into overdraft after the March diet exams. I have reached out severally and even gotten a call from them with verbal assurances that i will be refunded. The payment has not been reversed. There has been zero updates. I get passed around as support says it is refund team and refund team says i have been map to someone. It is just so hectic. Why would they debit me again after two months for a service that was not provided. It has been 12 days of chasing and still no refund yet

Highly recommend LSBF. I undertook a Finance for Non-Finance Managers course in 2025 and found it super insightful, with practical real world application. Tutor was great!

After several email exchanges I finally got to learn that rhe Canvas platform had changed and that is why I could not login to start the course. However once this was established the help was superb.

I enrolled for the PM sitting in December 2025 with LSBF, and Jean P was my tutor. Unfortunately, throughout the course, my tutor never marked my mock exam and did not respond to my questions sent via email. I contacted student support twice to follow up on my mock exam feedback, but the issue was never resolved. As a result, both myself and another classmate failed the PM exam.

While waiting for my PM results, I began studying for the FR paper in January 2026. As soon as I found out that I had failed the PM exam, I contacted Natasha to ask if I could pause my FR studies so I could focus on resitting PM. After completing the PM resit, I attempted to continue with my FR course for the June sitting. However, I discovered that the FR module I had already partially completed had disappeared from my study platform.

Thank you Natasha Young and team for assisting me in setting up my LSBF outlook and canvas accounts for AAA June course. I really appreciate with as I can utilise it fully.

Horrible Customer Service - Unethical

After I filled out my details online on their website an agent called me and discussed the courses I wanted to study. He confirmed availability and asked me make payment for 2xACCA papers at £795x2. I went ahead and made full payment. Next day he came back and says the "academic head" would only approve me doing of these courses and not 2. So I agreed and was promised a refund for one course as I have already paid for both courses in full. Its now almost 3 weeks and they have not yet paid back the money that they themselves tricked me to pay in the first place! Lots of emails back and forth, most emails from LSBF refunds team are full of mistakes, which I have to point out and then they resend correct info. Example - please fill in a form by clicking on this link - and the link would not work as they would just send a CHATGPT copy paste link. What sort of inefficiency are these I have no idea. They have given me excuses like "the senior team is going to have a meeting for your refund tomorrow". Its £795, senior needs to have a meeting for it!!?? They should be keen to payback asap to save their reputation but they are resorting to these kind of excuses. Disgraceful!

I participated in the executive education program of LSBF. They are doing a great job and trying to offer the best value possible.
Their administration team is also extremely helpful with Ekaterina being very supportive

I would like to say a big Thanks to LSBF and Natasha Customer service add up a more value to the LSBF. She is really very helpful and friendly and response so quickly, with the tutor I have extra gratitude for her as well.

I am extremely happy with my experience at LSBF. From the very beginning, I received a high level of support from the entire team, which made my studies much easier and more enjoyable.

Very innovative, modern and flexible master program. High quality materials you can access whenever you have opportunity. Professional lecturers with experience and open minded for diverse perspectives. High standard of guidance and evaluation of courses and assessments work. I particularly liked networking opportunities, have built many relationships.
Indeed, enriching experience which gave me insight for my professional life. The certificate is just a small bonus to it.

I really enjoyed the Strategic Marketing programme. To me, it was challenging but very rewarding. Balancing full-time work with deadlines was not easy. I really appreciated how supportive lecturers and professors were - a special thanks to Dr. Kathuria and my thesis tutor, Dr. Jansen - for providing valuable feedback and encouraging me to push beyond my boundaries. The support team was always ready to help, especially Evana.
It was convenient to go from module to module on the platform. Core marketing concepts were explained very well, though some materials could be updated to reflect AI and digital trends. Overall, it was a very valuable experience that helped me grow both academically and professionally. I’m grateful to all the professors, lecturers and the university support team!

This past year at LSBF has been one of the most challenging yet exciting experiences of my professional and personal life. Each module pushed me beyond my comfort zone and helped me develop skills I never thought I could achieve. It has been an intense, transformative and truly rewarding journey.

If I could give 0 stars that would be too much. I joined LSBF hoping to continue to study my ACCA, they only gave me the option to join for the full course paying monthly for 12 months for a 24-36 month course. The 1st lecture started and I did not even have the Zoom details or access to the materials. After repeatedly asking for this to be resolved, numerous emails and phone calls and some very rude replies, I still did not have access to my study materials by week 3 of the lectures. I decided to cancel training through them and 6 weeks later still waiting for my deposit refund! They took the deposit within 24 hours from joining them but the refund is taking this long to be processed. Very poor service. I have trained with other ACCA providers at a higher cost but have never experienced this bad service.

I was doing the Acca courses via the typical sources like BPP and then I came across LSBF. I first was a bit hesitant as its university run and not specifically accounting but I had a very pleasant surprise. Not only is the revision course 250£ cheaper than others it also provides very thorough tuition (Tufal is doing a great job), additional drop in courses and weekend revision course. Looking now into swapping for the rest of my exams to LSBF - one happy student

I'd not recommend LSBF because the master degree online it's run by AI and the professor barely attended to the meeting.

It was a good experience because the Caneva learning platform is very user friendly.

All the LASB staff members were very reactive whenever you have a request of issue, always there to help and assist.
