Natasha Young, student support administrator at LSBF been really helpful to me throughout the registeration process and was replying promptly to any enquiries. They say they are available every time to the students and they mean it. Even if I emailed them in the early morning with an enquiry, they got back to me with a solution at the same time. The teachers at LSBF are really dedicated. I am really enjoying to study with them. Highly recommended.

LSBF is undoubtedly a well-respected institution with a strong international reputation in business and management education. That’s exactly why I chose to apply for a Postgraduate Diploma program — I truly believed in the quality of education and global outlook the school offers.

Initially, I applied for the Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Since the program did not open, I informed my education consultant that I would like to switch to the Management program instead. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, my consultant has still not received any response from LSBF.

For a school with such a high academic standing, I expected a more efficient and responsive admissions process. The lack of communication has been quite disappointing and stressful for someone trying to make a well-planned decision about their academic future.

I sincerely hope the admissions team improves their communication with both applicants and consultants. I still look forward to joining LSBF, but this experience has raised concerns that I didn’t expect from such a prestigious institution.

I have loved the way LSBF operates as a whole. The tutors are spot on with their teaching style and their exam techniques make it really easy to pass. The student support from the administrative staff is really good too as they attend to our queries and issues promptly. I would definitely recommend LSBF to anyone that wants to study ACCA

I have followed the online MPH at LSBF, and my experience with the program was overall very positive.

The teachers with whom I had the chance to study were competent in sharing their knowledge, responsive to questions, and extremely helpful throughout the courses in correcting and advising intermediate assignments.

Tutors and admin staff were also responsive in solving issues encountered.

The fully online program allows a large flexibility. The workload is significant, yet compatible for students with a full-time job, as was my case.

I chose the global health specialization. The curriculum was well built, with core courses more general on public and global health foundations, and specialized ones more anchored to the chosen path, encompassing topics pertinent to contemporary times.
Exams were assignments. I particularly appreciated this format, since it was not only evaluating the knowledge acquired throughout the course, but also simulating its on-field application.

I had an extremely positive experience of thesis writing with my assigned supervisor Elizabeth Clarey. She gave me precious guidance and was always available to exchange and help throughout the whole process.

I have not given the full 5-star rating because, in my opinion, a couple of points could be improved.
- Although specializing curricula are proposed, the fields remain extremely broad. Adding shorter courses among the options to deepen knowledge in a given discipline (e.g., data analysis, policy evaluation, etc.) could be an asset for graduates facing the competitive job market.
- Proposing a few disciplinary seminars throughout the years could also be extremely valuable to appreciate the job in real life, as well as expand the critical thinking required.
- Participation in live sessions was always extremely low (not to say absent), at least during my years. Although it has always been pleasant to exchange with the teachers, the possibility of engaging in conversations with groups of people sharing their experiences and opinions is invaluable, especially when a program is fully online. Not to say this absenteeism must be extremely frustrating for the teachers there to dedicate their time. Maybe a mandatory participation of at least 50% can be considered?
- Despite being a master's degree, there is no accompaniment to the related job market. I think it would be extremely important to organize a career day, during which graduating people can meet representatives of NGOs, public and private sectors to connect, exchange, and, why not, to get a first internship/job opportunity. This can also be organized with virtual rooms, if an in-person event is not conceivable.
- Finally, some kind of document, even temporary while waiting for the official diploma, attesting the completion of the studies is necessary. Without any kind of proof, it is impossible to apply for positions or be hired, obliging graduates to forced unemployment in the meantime.

I just joined LSBF , Customer service is so great, any questions/ queries they get back to you ASAP, The team (Natasha & Nik) is very helpful.

I’ve had a truly positive experience studying with LSBF and would highly recommend it to anyone pursuing the ACCA qualification.

I’m doing my second fully online ACCA course with LSBF. Last year I was successful when I did the MA. I work full time with zero time off for study and lived in a six hours time difference with the UK. Thanks to the tutors for doing an excellent job and i must also thank Natasha for the exceptional customer service I always receive when I have any administrative issues. She always respond to me promptly especially as it relates to accessing course videos and study materials and I am grateful. I am happy I choose to study with LSBF.

Experince and teaching skill of my tutor is top notch.
