Failed to inform me that they did not…
Failed to inform me that they did not hold stock so after a week I called them on Friday , and was told the grease would be in on Monday and I would get it on Tuesday so I booked my car into a garage for Wednesday, I then phoned them and was told it had not been sent out, yet, I was then told I would get it on Wednesday at some time!! I ask for it to be sent on a AM delivery as the car was booked into a garage at 2pm, I was told that it would arrive when it arrives!!!. Not a happy customer.

Hi Tony,
Please accept our sincere apologies for the service you received with your order. While it’s not an excuse, we were short-staffed because several team members in our warehouse were unwell, which we believe caused a delay with your order.
We hope this won’t put you off using us again.
Best regards,
Lubricant Supplies

It's good to find a website that sells British made hammers that are made to last.
The sledgehammer that I was looking for was well advertised on Google and the transaction was easy. No problems with the order which was well packaged and arrived in very good time. All in all a very good company to deal with and I would certainly recommend them.

Very poor customer service
Order placed on the 1st June (estimated delivery date between the 4th - 7th June).
The date passed without receiving the item or any update, so submitted a cancellation request on the 10th June.
Then on the 13th June, I received an email stating that my cancellation was declined as I should received my order by the 7th!!!
Still not received the item or had any explanation for the delay.

Hello,
We're sorry to hear that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We can see that there was an issue with your eBay order with us and that the automated system within eBay delayed the resolution of your cancellation request. On further investigation it appears once you contacted us the order was cancelled asap as requested once a new cancellation request was raised. Apologies again for any inconvenience.
Kind regards
Lubricant Supplies Team.
