Extremely Disappointed with LumenDatabase
I recently had a terrible experience with LumenDatabase and PiracyProtectionElite (PPE). As a webmaster of a fan site, I was shocked to receive a fraudulent DMCA request from PPE.
The request claimed that my site contained infringing content related to their client "Ginger Pie". This is completely false. My site has never hosted any adult videos or images. The account in question was registered in 2013 and last used in 2015, long before their client was even an adult.
Despite providing clear evidence to refute these claims, LumenDatabase has been unhelpful and unresponsive. They seem to be supporting PPE's baseless accusations without any proof. This has caused unnecessary stress and legal costs.
I am extremely disappointed with both LumenDatabase and PPE. Their actions have been unjust and have caused significant harm to my reputation and finances. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

why can they get complaints stored privately in google without the allowance from the complainer?????
if google solved the problems that the complaints refer to, then google could publish the complaints and make the trouble makers know someone is complaining them because the trouble makers have right to know, maybe the complaints were not true.
BUT!!
if google didn't do anything, just kicked the balls outside google, why should the trouble makers know who complained them?????
