Horrible scam company ...talking to card company to cancel their fraudulent practices

Worst company ever steals money monthly although I cancelled 6 months ago. Product sucks. Service horrid. I’m reporting them to fraud

i ordered half a year ago and still haven’t gotten it. i’ve emailed so many times asking for an update, a replacement, a refund, just anything to be done and they’ve always gone ignored. total scam.

Awful..I have been trying to cancel my order..and ever month $100.00 goes from my account and I get one little face thingi..I have had to close my visa card..its very bad

They automatically signed me up for a subscription and then did not respond to emails to cancel the subscription. Had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop shipping me product. Was not a fan of the color correcting foundation either. Made me look pastry

Poor customer service

I ordered from them 3 months ago, and still haven’t received the package nor a refund. At first they told me that they would handle the issue but one day they started to ignore my emails and not answer anymore, my package was held at the border, they were supposed to take care of it as they told me they would, but they didn’t, so now the package is being sent back to the UK and I know nothing about it and they won’t answer me back. So I lost my money and I didn’t get the product. They tell you they will help and then they don’t.

THIS is my second time writing a review. I have sent over four emails at this point. Hi, I have reached out 3 times now and still have yet to receive my order. My order number is 1512. My comment on TikTok was deleted when I asked about my order. I am shocked and disappointed.

it wasnt sure to trust it because ive honestly never heard of this brand until tiktok lol but im glad i bought it maybe im crazy but even in one day you can see that difference…

Haven’t got my package and I’ve been waiting for more than a month. This is just a scam company.

I have reached out and still haven’t got an answer. This is absurd, how hard is it to get a package and or get my money back. I literally contacted for more than a week ago.

ordered next day delivery on friday 22nd but came on wednesday 27th 😭
apart from this the lash serum is very good and will most likely be ordering it a third time but i won’t be buying next day delivery as it did waste £4

took too long and i still haven’t received

Firstly, I tried to cancel my order after discovering this company is likely a scam, less than an hour after ordering and was told it was most likely already given to the couriers and it wouldn’t be cancelled. The order didn’t ship for another day so this was clearly untrue. I received no tracking number despite paying for tracked shipping, and have been waiting over two weeks to receive it (was told 3-7 days). I reached out twice, 8 days ago and again 3 days ago, and have gotten no response. DO NOT ORDER!!

I haven’t tried the product yet but it did arrive in about a week! No fret

Lashes haven’t grown, they’ve thinned out I’ve been using the product for well over a month now so have been using it long enough to notice a difference. I also found it cause dryness on my eyelid in the area it was applied. So overall I wouldn’t recommend or get this again.

I still didnt receive my order OR an email, i emailed the company, wrote them on instagram no answer, I am not paying for an order i didnt receive so can i please receive an email instead of only an answer to this rzview ??

I’m on my 2nd bottle, safe to say it’s the best lash serum i’ve used compared
to many well known brands. I also use on my eyebrows & it works great for growing my brows too! Both my brows & lashes are so much thicker and longer thanks to this product! Love love love

i’ve been using the serum since february and just repurchased two new bottles, it really works!
