ordered next day delivery on friday but came on wednesday 😭
apart from this the lash serum is very good and will most likely be ordering it a third time but i won’t be buying next day delivery

took too long and i still haven’t received

Firstly, I tried to cancel my order after discovering this company is likely a scam, less than an hour after ordering and was told it was most likely already given to the couriers and it wouldn’t be cancelled. The order didn’t ship for another day so this was clearly untrue. I received no tracking number despite paying for tracked shipping, and have been waiting over two weeks to receive it (was told 3-7 days). I reached out twice, 8 days ago and again 3 days ago, and have gotten no response. DO NOT ORDER!!

I haven’t tried the product yet but it did arrive in about a week! No fret

Lashes haven’t grown, they’ve thinned out I’ve been using the product for well over a month now so have been using it long enough to notice a difference. I also found it cause dryness on my eyelid in the area it was applied. So overall I wouldn’t recommend or get this again.

I still didnt receive my order OR an email, i emailed the company, wrote them on instagram no answer, I am not paying for an order i didnt receive so can i please receive an email instead of only an answer to this rzview ??

I’m on my 2nd bottle, safe to say it’s the best lash serum i’ve used compared
to many well known brands. I also use on my eyebrows & it works great for growing my brows too! Both my brows & lashes are so much thicker and longer thanks to this product! Love love love

i’ve been using the serum since february and just repurchased two new bottles, it really works!

my lashes grew so long and thick within such a short amount of time!! RECOMMEND.

I ordered when the promotion of buy one get one free was on. I only received one serum. I emailed and received a reply to say one would be sent to me. That was over two weeks ago and no second serum has been received and my emails, website query, tik tok messages are being ignored. Coincidentally my friend who ordered also only received one serum. A shame as I own my lash salon and always recommend great serum companies but this will not be the case with this company.

Your reply to this post is a farce, I emailed 3x and had to resort the TikTok to which I only got a reply once I had made this review. You tell me you are chasing through royal mail but no further updates. No tracking number provided, why do I always have to chase you.

Overall perfect. My only issue was I had a small phase where my lashes had fallen out (can’t tell if it was due to the serum or not - I have always had issues with my eyes) but the thing is the serum grew them back so quick, so it was likely an issue from my eyes. My eyes were red for the first day of use and have since been fine. My lashes grew noticeably in the first 1-2 weeks with use day and night. I’m always getting compliments on my lashes now; they have never been longer.

Goodbye lash extension! My lashes have never looked fuller or longer than they do right now after using Lure lash. My friends constantly ask me ‘What lashes are you wearing?’ And I tell them after only using Lure lash for 2 months, my lashes now look unreal! Thank you Lure team - this is an absolute game changer!

My two teenage daughters love this product and regularly get compliments on their lashes. As their mum, I have to look at a lot of pre and post serum lash photos and the product really does work - their lashes are both thicker and longer. The team are also very responsive and provide excellent customer service, there was a slight mix up with my order which was resolved within 20 minutes of me contacting them - amazing! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!

I didnt know when the package will come and I am already waiting over a week

So you replied on here with a reply that was irrelevant to my original question. I once never mentioned about not receiving or tracking my item. You ignored all my correspondence until now.
I want a full refund as you foundation does not do what you say it does. Would you like me to film this and put it on you website as well. I am happy to return your useless products for a full refund.
You also never mentioned when I went to pay for this product that it was not in AUS dollars. I realised this directly after when looking at my bank account and immediately contacted your company with no reply. You have my email if you wish to finally contact me there!!!!

I ordered the eyelash serum from Lure Beauty weeks ago and never received my package. I reached out to their customer service multiple times and either got no response or useless generic replies. It feels like a complete scam. They took my money and delivered nothing. Do not trust this company, they are nothing but scammers! Stay away and save yourself the headache.
