At first it seems like a good platform, but better hope to not get in the need of any support or into any issue with your account, since there's close to zero support or answer in they behalf.

Sto valutando le vie legali per riavere i miei dati e la cancellazione definitiva dai loro server.

You will have issues 100% and there is no support ... there is support but they never answered ... in like 3 month.

I used the site to join for a game, I covered the game and then the website suspended my account and never replied to my ticket. They are well known for bad practice. I would not recomend it for any developers or publishers.

Ban me without any reason, but still sending me main for promos and other, and i think they use my account to request keys to the devs but i cant get them.

Avoid them at all cost. use Keymailer

While trying to work with the company I have had many issues. The first being that the ui for content creators is terrible. Next would be the missions and quest systems. For the mission unlike most other sites that will give you a key to the games for these missions they basically tell you you are SOL, now that being said not doing a mission after accepting it does not hurt your standing. (BTW it does not state that anywhere you have to contact support to learn this.) The quest system is vetted which is fine I was refused from it but not before ghosting me for over 3 months. I put in the application to get the quests 5 months waited 2 thinking it was getting vetted (thats fine) I then reach out to support. So after the first 2 months I sent a support ticket wondering if it was just taking a long time or what. (they reply pretty fast to support tickets about a 1 day turn around.) They told me they would look into it. I wait another month, send an email on any news. Got an email saying they are working on it. Nothing for 2 more months, I then email them again and find out i was not approved. (thats fine) After everything I was fed up with trying to deal with this company so I wanted to delete my account. I go to try and delete my account and I need a password. (FYI it basically forces you to make an account with your twitch, so I dont have a password.) I contact support to delete my account. Got a response that they cant and that I have to. BUT!! when you try to reset the password or get a password the links do not work. So much so that I had to contact support again and they told me i have to change up the password reset link it gives. I highly suggest not using this site for anything!
