Great poduct!

Great prices. Great product with a wide range of colours and optional extra's. Very good material - can't fault it. Delivery was simple and they did all the heavy lifting. No complaints. 5/5 stars!

I absolutely love my new TV bed from…

I absolutely love my new TV bed from Luxury Bed Store! The quality is outstanding – it’s sturdy, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Having a TV integrated into the bed is a total game-changer; I can relax and watch my favourite shows without having to move. The design feels luxurious and really elevates the bedroom. Delivery was smooth, and the customer service was helpful and professional throughout. Definitely worth every penny – I’m beyond happy with this purchase!

Shocking aftersales.

Ordered two beds from here everything was great from ordering to delivery.however after having them 2 weeks the mattress went.i phoned shop spoke to jamie he said he would replace mattress 3 months on he isn't answering my messages.no replacement mattress was given. aftersales is shocking.

Just amazing!

Fast, smooth and easy. Thats all i can describe when i purchased this bed.

My other bed was from another company which i loved but had a few issues and got very old, we were looking for a major upgrade. Purchased the bed from luxury bed store and loved every second of it!

Smooth Process

The whole process of getting the bed and headboard was a breeze. And guess what? The quality of the bed and headboard was top notch, even though it was reasonably priced.

I’m not usually a reviewer, but I must say i was very excited about my new bed. It’s the best, with fast, friendly delivery and customer service. The bed is well-made, easy to assemble, and looks incredible in my room. I highly recommend it.

Nothing but the best!

We started our hunt for a bed and were super excited to find these guys. The payment process was a breeze, and we couldn’t wait to get our new bed. They kept us in the loop, coordinated everything perfectly, and treated our place with due care. They took the old mattress out and put in the new one, and we were so happy with the result. We highly recommend Luxury Bed Store for their amazing bedding and mattresses.

Ordered Feb 2023 - poor communications, poor customer service and a defective product

Placed an order in February. It partially delivered with no advanced warning and the headboard delivered was damaged. I let the company know and they delivered the missing parts 2 weeks later (again with no advanced warning of the delivery date). I have been trying to get a replacement headboard for the damaged one since February and really struggled to communicate with the company about this. I have been repeatedly told it was on order but nothing has arrived. As an alternative solution, I have asked for a refund and for the defective bed to be collected and I was told this would need to be arranged at my own expense and subject to 50% restocking fee! There has been nothing luxurious about the customer experience or product and I am left deeply disappointed with the outcome. I have asked repeatedly for an acceptable solution but not been offered one.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Order a bed more than a month ago that never arrived. We were trying to obtain during this period a delivery date. They never answer the phone. This company needs to be reported to some authority that can deal with it. They are getting paid for items they don't deliver and getting deposit from items they don't intent to deliver.
It's been daily attempts to call them; online chats that ended without valid answer to our queries. I am guessing this is a scam and unfortunately got catch on it. I don't recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Genuinely, if anything goes wrong my experience is it will not be sorted, in fact you will be completely ignored.

Honestly, the worst customer service I’ve ever come across after spending £950 with them. I’m genuinely baffled it’s even allowed and I fully intend to go down a legal route to get my money back.

The WRONG bed was delivered and built by their couriers, they turned up at 10pm at night when the delivery slot was 3-5pm and I was so concerned about the drilling waking our young children so I was going from one room to another to make sure they were okay….checking to make sure they had the correct bed was the last thing on my mind - not that it would have made a difference if we noticed or not as they’ve just ignored us since the delivery anyway, plus it was the right colour so I probably wouldn’t have realised until it was built.

I’ve tried to call no less than 50 times, no one picks up, no answer. I’ve text the person I spoke to about the bed we wanted, no response. Yet when wanting my money they responded just fine on text. I’ve sent several emails, no response. I’ve sent about 30 messages on Instagram, I eventually got a response on Instagram apologising and saying they were talking to the manufacturer and would resolve it but nothing since and they are completely ignoring me and clearly have no intention to send me the bed I actually paid for. I thankfully have proof they sent the wrong bed because I was asked to remind them which bed I wanted ordered and I sent them a photo of it to confirm - so I have proof in black and white.

We moved into a new build and the couriers also completely ruined 3 different walls of which now need to be filled and then painted (yes, that’s how deep the marks were). They left at 11pm and I had to pay £80 to them (luxury bed store told me £60 and I did question it with them but I wasn’t about to argue with 2 grown men at 11pm at night with a 6 & 3 year old upstairs) despite it being the wrong bed and ruined walls. They said I had to take it up with the company and they were just third party couriers.

So I paid for a bed that I don’t have, in fact what I have is smaller so not even a like for like bed which I imagine costs less. I don’t believe there is any intention to send me the correct one. I would have completely understood I may have to wait for the one I actually ordered to be built as they’d clearly made a mistake, which I would have been absolutely fine with but despite me asking several times they have not said they are doing this. I just haven’t heard back.

They’ve basically taken £950 of my money and I don’t have the bed I paid for.

I have given them so much opportunity before writing this and now I will be taking them down a legal route to get my money back - total shame and didn’t have to end up this way but I’m out £950 and they obviously think that’s ok. A lot of good reviews on here but believe me if you need anything sorting after delivery it won’t happen. Go to another company, don’t risk it.

I have been trying to call and using…

I have been trying to call and using the contact form
but I have had no response.

I ordered a bed 1 month ago and 3 days ago the wrong bed turned up

We ordered a bed form your website and got a confirmation that the colour on the photo was Beige it arrived so late we had to purchase a bed from Dusk

If not then please refund in full including the extra for the ottoman storage that was paid.

Bed/mattress purchase!

First of all I could purchase my bed/mattress in one transaction, I had to split it in to 2 payments. I wasn’t to bothered and they were very helpful in making that happen. I spent 2k btw.

Then I paid extra to get bed built, I knew I’d need help I was on my own and I had also purchased gas lift.( it was a TV king chesterfield gas lift)
So they gave me the price and told me to pay cash on the day to the guys who were delivering.

However the guys wouldn’t do it unless I paid double what I was quoted.
Leaving me no option, as I couldn’t now get hold of anyone.

Had the bed built a week, one of the bed studs has already fallen off, seems like the pin that it goes in by is bent so a fault when bed was made.

I made contact to point this out, I was asked to send pictures. I did.
To this day I have been ignored and no one has got back to me.

They also stated quality of product which I expect for that amount of money and they have somehow put continuous fake reviews on their page.

Do not waste your money on these guys.
Some finishing touches are also questionable if we talk about quality.
