Bed ordered on the 08/09/25 and delivered & assembled on the 18/09/25.

We put the bed up to day and I love it quite straight forward, instructions could have been more detailed, but all in all I'm pleased I ordered my bed from comfort sleeps would recommend, at first I was dubious because I found the site on fb, but true to their word I received my bed on time paid on delivery

Amazing quality and even better service!
Feels like I’m sleeping on something from a luxury hotel and the service was brilliant aswell. I was unsure what colour fabric I wanted and they even sent out fabric samples free of charge. 10/10 would recommend.

The head board on my bed wouldn't go upstairs they took it back and remade it and came back within 4 days obviously extra charge which was well worth it lovely delivery guys couldn't help enough will use these guys every time. Cheaper than the main bed places and quality not compromised its amazing quality and well made.

I can't recommend enough. They have been fantastic from start to finish and very informative and they have gone out of there way to get it done and made to order within days .they are also very good quality and I had a quote from bensons that was £400 extra. They have basically made a massive deal on a ottoman gaslift storage bed.with free delivery and fitting and I got a £20 voucher code at checkout. So I paid £410 for a bed that was £900 just for the frame and delivery elsewhere. They are the best for customer service and prices are more than half i can find anywhere and that's included fitting and everything

This company is extremely helpful. I wanted a custom made bed in a design and size they didn’t offer on their website. The communication in making sure the bed was exactly what I wanted was amazing. The bed came within 5-10 day. I was shown pictures before the bed was sent out on delivery. When the bed arrived in was amazing quality and very well made. There was a small hole which was made during transporting the bed. When I raised the issue with the company they replied within minutes offering a range of solutions which they allowed me to chose from ranging from a discount, replacement part or warranty if the hole was to increase in size and result in renewing the part later. I have opted for the replacement part and very happy with the service and product. Looking forward to ordering more bed from Thai company in the future and recommending to family and friends.

Orderd a bed and mattress, on arrival the guys were on time and brought everything in and put the bed together, beautiful bed and orthopedic matress is so comfortable.
Exceptional value for money would definitely recommend.

My bed after only 1 year is falling apart. The nails were all sticking out until the velvet brake and the holes are getting bigger and bigger.
I emailed and never received a reply regarding it.

Dream bed! This company is 5*, our bed was delivered today and it looks 20x better than we could have imagined. The customer service was superb and they delivered and built the bed before I could even finish my breakfast.

I would recommend this bed company to anyone with a pulse and we will be back again to get beds for our other rooms.
