Got my bed within days of ordering and they kept me updated with accurate delivery times. The delivery drivers even brought it it into my flat. They guys were super helpful. My bed is beautiful and was easy enough to build. So reasonably priced as well. I love it

Ultra fast delivery of the bed i mean 48 hours. I ordered the panel bed double in plush silver and it is lovely. The whole bed was easy to put together by 2 women (who needs a man). The bed is lovely quality. I rang the shop owner on Thursday morning to ask some questions and all was answered with what i needed to know. So communication was 1st class. I am so happy with the bed i am going to order another one in 4 weeks. I 100 percent will use this company again.

Visited their showroom and was greeted by their friendly staff. Explained everything clearly what’s available. Communication throughout the purchase was very good, you’re dealing directly with the manufacturers. we didn’t have to wait long for the delivery. The bed was delivered within 3-5 days. The quality of the bed frame and headboard was of excellent quality. Love the colour (plush pebble). Thank you Tariq.

Ordered 05/02/24 and got a call on 07/02/24 to say the bed would be delivered the next day, which I thought was a great, quick delivery.

The wrong headboard was delivered, along with a damaged sideboard and no feet for the bed. We contacted them via WhatsApp on the same day as delivery (08/02/24) and were ignored, I then emailed (13/02/24) and got a call to say that a replacement would be delivered on 22/02/24. The morning of said date, we WhatsApped them to ask what time the delivery window was, only to find out delivery wouldn’t be happening. After a bit of back and forth we were then notified delivery would be the following day (09/02/24). The correct headboard was delivered, however it was faulty!

After more WhatsApp messages being ignored, we then emailed again on 11/03/24 to am for a replacement, the following day we were told it would be looked into. We sent a chaser email on 19/03/24 and received a call on 21/03/24 to say the replacement would be delivered the following day between 2-6pm.

Day of delivery (22/03/24) the door went at 11am and it was 2 delivery men. Initially they tried to deliver me a footboard instead of headboard. With delivery being stated as between 2-6pm, my partner planned to dismantle and bring down the headboard about 45 mins before the delivery window. I told the delivery men the headboard had to be dismantled from the bed. They told me they would do it for £50 as it would take 30 mins. I told them I was not paying a penny more, they then said they’d do it for £20. After again being told no, I phoned my partner, who was on his way home and only 5 minutes away from the house. He spoke to one of the delivery men on the phone, reiterating 1) we were told delivery would be between 2-6pm, and 2) that it wouldn’t even take 5 minutes to dismantle the headboard as it was only 4 bolts. The delivery man then contradicted himself by saying he didn’t have 5 minutes as he needed to make more deliveries - to which my response was “well if you don’t have 5 minutes why were you prepared to spend 30 minutes dismantling the bed for £50?” there was no response to me and he then spoke to the other delivery man in another language when he’d previously been speaking to him in English. Rude. The other delivery man then asked me where the bed was, when I told him a bedroom, he then proceeded to try and make his way into my house, to which I stood infront of him and told him he would not be going upstairs.

The headboard was then brought out of the van and left at my front door. They took a photo and left, just as my partner was coming into the drive.

Thankfully, the replacement headboard isn’t faulty.

Recently had my bed delivered from Comfort sleeps & it is stunning, very happy with it would highly recommend, Customer service is very good, all my questions answered & quick delivery 10/10

So delighted to have chosen comfort sleeps . Communication with the company was excellent. Answered my questions quickly and sent photos of shades of colour so that I could ensure I was picking the correct shade. Bed base is very well made using good quality materials. It lifts with ease. Headboard is thick and very comfortable. 2 guys delivered and assembled the bed. They were punctual and informed me of delivery date &time (also contacted me 1hr before they arrived). The were polite and professional, taking care when taking base up the staircase. Took less than 1hr to install and left everything tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and give them 5 ⭐️ in all areas. Well done Comfort sleeps

Exactly as picture. Bed arrived on time and is great value for money. Paid to have it assembled and the guy who delivered and put it up was really good. Highly recommended

I ordered the Lanika Panelled Bed king size after reading all the good reviews about the company - I ordered on the 30th October and it was delivered today to me, the courier driver contacted me before hand so I could arrange to be back home, I paid for assemble and the delivery driver was pleasant and I assisted him with the unpacking of the bed components which was all really well packaged and wrapped.
Overall super pleased with my new bed - material is super luxurious and just how I wanted it thank you 😊

the bed is nice and sturdy and really good quality.
I paid extra for it to be assembled and it was in and up in know time. I got the glass lift ottoman and there is sooo much storage underneath. Would definitely recommend, great quality and really affordable.

Was a bit dubious about ordering after seeing a Facebook advert. But so happy i went for it. Absolutely gorgeous bed and blanket box. Very luxurious and great quality.

I paid extra for assembly, and the 2 guys who put it together were very pleasant and got the job done quickly.
