Having a great mortgage broker who was straightforward, kind and always willing to help me out when I required it. Also it felt more like having a friend than a mortgage broker who I could talk to via WhatsApp messaging or on the phone with queries that I had as a first time buyer.

Life insurance is one of those things that we know we need, especially with little ones, but we always delay as it's not nice to think about. Speaking to Chris at Love Financial was reassuring and the prompt responses to any questions I had, was great! I was shocked that my quote was actually less than what I am currently paying for home appliance cover (something I've never questioned forking out on). So glad to have peace of mind that my little girl is looked after should anything happen. Now here's just hoping that if it is needed, it's not needed for a very long time!
